Natural8 – GGNet’s GGMasters Overlay Edition kicks off this week
One day to go before leading network GGPoker jumpstarts its $150 GGMasters Overlay Edition running from February 19-27. The nine-day schedule is in part of the online poker giant’s 3rd anniversary celebration and dubs the upcoming games as the site’s highest value tournament to date. An ambitious guarantee of $10,000,000 is to be awarded, twice as much as what was offered in last year’s edition which already racked up a $334,772 overlay after 36,232 entries were recorded.
“This year blows 2022 out of the water. I’m confident that the overlay will be over $1,000,000. If I’m wrong, I will use my own money to increase the final overlay to $1,000,000!”, quoted GGPoker ambassador Daniel Negreanu.
The juicy event offers a total of nine starting flights at varying times to accommodate players geo-located in different regions and timezones. Players can fire as many qualifiers as they wish with each flight being a freezeout while keeping in mind that only the biggest stack will be entered into Day 2. All starting flights will play through 22 levels of action or when 10% of the field remains, followed by the final games set for Monday, February 27th. To date, satellites for as low as $2 are already running round the clock, allowing players of all bankrolls to take part in the exciting festivities.
