Following nearly eleven hours on the floor, the day wrapped up with China’s Ouyang Jiali clinching the win after defeating Stephen O’Dwyer in heads up play. The last hand saw Ouyang move all-in with Kd5d, called by O’Dwyer with QdJh. Running hot, Ouyang immediately flopped the nut flush, earning her the SHR victory for a career best cash of KRW 405,260,000, and an additional WPT High Roller Ring to boot.

Having kicked off its first eleven levels yesterday, WPT Korea’s Super High Roller event returns to the felt this afternoon with 15 players having bagged a chip stack through to Day 2. Registration remains open through the end of Level 12 where players can still jump in and wield a 500,000 (33 BB) starting stack for a chance to claim the first of four WPT High Roller Rings up for grabs.
