QQPOKER Technology Limited (Registration Number 2174404) owns and operates the platform and is incorporated at Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands.

Gaming Laboratories International certified the RNG, tested and approved it on 31 July 2025, and the certificate runs until the last day of August 2027. Two details from the certificate are worth knowing, because most reviews of this room don’t mention them.

First, the GLI certificate is issued to BTS Ltda. dba QQPK and lists the site as qqpk. poker – a different legal entity and a different domain from the QQPOKER Technology Limited / qqpk.com pairing named on the gaming license. Multi-entity structures are routine in this industry, but if you are doing your own due diligence, you should know the two certificates name two different companies.

Second, the certificate covers the random number generator specifically, not the platform as a whole, and GLI explicitly states it is not an endorsement or a warranty of the operator. A certified RNG means the cards are dealt fairly. It doesn’t guarantee anything else.

What the Anjouan License Actually Means

Be clear-eyed about this. The Anjouan license is real and verifiable, but it is an offshore license broadly comparable to Curaçao in structure.

Excluded Territories – Check This Before You Register

This is the part most QQPK reviews leave out, and it matters more than anything else on this page.

The Anjouan license does not extend to the following excluded jurisdictions. Players in these territories are outside the regulatory scope entirely, which means the Anjouan Gaming Board will not entertain disputes, claims, or complaints from them:
