It was a long and grueling day at the High Roller Superstack event, with 75 entries battling it out to reach the money and a spot at the final table. Day 1 action lasted 15 hours, with many notables falling by the wayside. Short stacked Sang Nguyen was the unlucky bubble boy. First to cash was Hong Kong’s Devan Tang in 11th place. Tang called with open ended that failed to improve against Wayne Lam‘s bottom pair.
Also joining Tang at the rail was Khoi Nguyen who missed out on the final table by a whisker. He fell to Max Menzel with pocket Threes fully dominated by pocket Jacks.
