USOP Vietnam 2026 High Rollers Draw Huge Fields and Massive Prize Pools
The High Roller events at U Series of Poker (USOP) Vietnam 2026 have been a huge success, with players turning out in large numbers and prize pools growing well beyond the guaranteed amounts.
Several High Roller tournaments have already finished, and many of them have surpassed their initial guarantees, creating some of the biggest prizes of the series and attracting some of Asia’s toughest poker players to the world-class InterContinental Ha Long Bay Resort .
Jinwoo Jung Wins Record-Breaking High Roller Single Day Big GTD

One of the biggest stories of the festival came from Event #65: High Roller Single Day Big GTD . With a VND 55 Million buy-in and an initial VND 4 Billion (~USD 152,000) guarantee, the tournament attracted a massive 194 entries, building a total prize pool of VND 10,022,400,000 (~USD 380,900), more than double the guarantee.
Korea’s Jinwoo Jung took the title and the VND 2 Billion (~USD 76,000) top prize. Jung is well known on the Asian poker circuit, with several major High Roller titles already on his resume, including victories at ZSOP , TMT , OLA , GOP , and Players Series events.
Beating a field of 194 entries packed with experienced regulars was no easy task, but Jung once again proved why he is regarded as one of Asia’s most consistent High Roller performers.

Daeyoung Park Wins Big Again at USOP Vietnam 2026

Another strong turnout came in Event #46: High Roller Single Day Big GTD . The tournament featured a VND 55 Million (~USD 2,090) buy-in and an initial VND 5 Billion (~USD 190,000) guarantee. A total of 120 entries pushed the final prize pool to VND 5.76 Billion (~USD 218,900).
Korea’s Daeyoung Park came out on top and earned VND 1.4 Billion (~USD 53,200) for the win. Park entered the series with plenty of momentum after winning the APT National Cup at APT Taipei 2026 just last month. That victory came against a huge field of 2,940 entries and earned him a career-best payout of USD 113,715.

Chuan Feng Tops High Roller Megastack

Event #52: High Roller Megastack Big GTD was another major success. The VND 88 Million buy-in tournament drew 115 entries and generated a total prize pool of VND 8,832,000,000 (~USD 335,600), easily beating its initial VND 5 Billion guarantee.
China’s Chuan Feng captured the title and collected VND 2,135,000,000 (~USD 81,140), the largest live tournament score of his poker career. Vietnam’s Anh Tuan Trinh finished runner-up, while Dominic Gabriel of the United Kingdom completed the podium.
Mingcong Chen Wins Super High Roller

Event #39: Super High Roller attracted 39 entries and created a VND 3,913,600,000 (~USD 148,735) prize pool, finishing well above the initial VND 2.4 Billion (~USD 91,200) guarantee.
Australia’s Sean Ooi entered the final table as the overwhelming chip leader and appeared well positioned to take down the title. However, it was China’s Mingcong Chen who ultimately came away with the victory, earning VND 1.32 Billion (~USD 50,160) for first place. Vietnam’s Thong Su Le finished runner-up, while Ooi rounded out the top three finishers.

Thi Xuan Ha Tran Claims USOP High Roller Championship

The High Roller Championship also produced a strong turnout. Event #59 featured a VND 88 Million buy-in and an initial VND 2.4 Billion (~USD 91,200) guarantee. The tournament drew 32 entries and generated a final VND 2,457,600,000 (~USD 93,400) prize pool.
Vietnam’s Thi Xuan Ha Tran captured the title and the VND 922 Million (~USD 35,000) first-place prize after defeating Quang Minh Nguyen heads-up. The victory made her the only woman to win a High Roller title at USOP Vietnam 2026.
High Rollers Continue to Shine
With multiple events already completed, the High Roller schedule has been one of the highlights of USOP Vietnam 2026. Players from across Asia and around the world have continued to show up in big numbers, helping create massive prize pools and exciting competition.
As the series heads into its final days, the High Roller events continue to be some of the most popular tournaments on the schedule.
