Conroy particularly excels in Pot Limit Omaha Events, as demonstrated in his first-place win in the 2023 Irish Poker Tour Galway Winter Festival’s Pot Limit Omaha 8-Max Event, bagging €3,510 (USD 3,840). However, Conroy’s shining moment occurred in early 2023 when he placed second in the €495 + 55 No-Limit Hold’em Irish Poker Championship, enjoying a prize fund of €43,039 (USD 51,804).

Conroy has enjoyed other first-place victories at the Venetian DeepStack Championship Series in Las Vegas, Eglinton Recurring Tournaments in Galway (which he has won over a dozen times), and the Irish Poker Open and Norwegian Championships.

The Irish player first hit Asian ground in 2019 at Asian Poker Tour Vietnam and returned to Asian soil in 2024 when he participated in APT Taipei. He proved himself a standout player in two PLO events, placing second on both events for a combined USD 6,000 payout. Jumping over to Vietnam, Conroy also reached two PLO final tables finishing 2nd and 5th.
