The Next Home for International Poker in Asia Could Be Here
Could this be where international poker brands find their next home in Asia?
It's a question worth asking after getting a first look at YY Poker Club, the new poker room inside INSPIRE Casino in Incheon, South Korea. With 70 tables, a dedicated livestream studio, and a setting that goes well beyond the usual poker venue, there's a lot here that could catch the attention of players and tournament organizers looking for their next destination.

The room made its international debut in October, but there's a bigger picture to consider. With plans taking shape for 2027, YY Poker Club could be positioning itself as a venue for more international poker events in the years ahead.
First Impressions Start Before You Reach the Poker Room

INSPIRE Casino is not the kind of resort you simply walk into and head straight for the tables. There's plenty to take in along the way.
One of its standout features is Aurora, a 150-meter-long entertainment street lined with huge digital displays. The ceiling becomes a massive screen, giving visitors something to look up at as they make their way through the resort.

It's an unusual introduction to a poker venue, but it gives you an idea of the scale of the property. INSPIRE is designed as a destination in its own right, with the poker room forming part of a much larger entertainment space.
70 Tables and Space to Think Bigger

YY Poker Club is located on the second floor of INSPIRE's new entertainment space. The room welcomed its first major international poker festival with WPT Seoul 2026, putting its facilities in the spotlight and introducing the venue to players from around the world.
Inside, the first thing that stands out is the size of the room.
With 70 tables, it is described as Asia's largest casino card room. There's also a dedicated livestream studio, giving the venue the facilities to accommodate streamed poker action alongside its regular games.

For players, having that much space makes a difference. For organizers, WPT Seoul 2026 offered an early look at what the venue could accommodate, from large tournament fields to multiple events running at once.
The room isn't limited to tournament play, either. Cash games are also part of the offering, with No-Limit Hold'em blinds ranging from KRW 2,000/3,000 up to KRW 10,000/20,000.
That range gives players different ways to get into a game, whether they're looking for smaller-stakes action or higher limits.
What Players Think of the Venue

A venue can look impressive in photographs, but it's the people who spend time inside who can give you a better idea of what it's like.
Kevin Moon liked the room's space and atmosphere, describing it as incomparable. Nelson Dong had a similar reaction when he first arrived, admitting he wasn't quite prepared for what he was walking into.
"Whoa, what are we doing here? What's going on?" Nelson recalled.

Bjorn Sofo was also impressed, calling it an "amazing venue" and adding, "It's great to be in Asia playing. I really like South Korea."
Gary Moon picked up on the interior, saying the team had done "a really good job on the interior" and that the place was fun.

For Hendrik Uibo, the trip to South Korea was a six-hour journey from Estonia, following a month-and-a-half break from poker. He was pleased with what he found.
"It's really nice here. Everything is new, the venue is really good. I like it here," he said.
The comments were different, but they shared a common point: the room made a strong first impression, from its overall size to the atmosphere and design.
A Venue to Watch in 2027?

WPT Seoul 2026 marked an important first step for YY Poker Club, bringing an international poker festival to the new venue and giving players and organizers a closer look at what it has to offer. But it could be just the beginning.
The opening of YY Poker Club comes at a time when Asia continues to attract international poker events and players. Having a dedicated room of this scale, inside a large resort with its own entertainment attractions, gives organizers another venue to consider when planning future stops in the region.
There are already plans taking shape for 2027, although further details are still to come. That leaves room for more possibilities, including the arrival of other international poker brands looking to bring their events to the venue.

Nothing is set in stone yet, but the potential is there. With 70 tables, livestream facilities, cash-game action, and the wider INSPIRE resort experience, YY Poker Club has the space and infrastructure to make a case for itself.
For now, WPT Seoul 2026 has given the venue its first taste of international poker action. What comes next could be just as interesting.
If more international brands decide to make YY Poker Club part of their Asian schedules, this may not be the last time poker players find themselves making the trip to INSPIRE.
