Day 10 of RDPT Plus Jeju 2026 at LES A Casino  was headlined by the conclusion of the Prestige Super High Roller , where Minh Thang Tran staged an incredible comeback to claim the title and a career-best $153,500. Meanwhile, the Red Dragon Plus Championship field was narrowed down to the final nine players, with Yunchao Yu amassing a dominant chip lead. The day also saw several side event winners crowned, including Fang Zhang and Tianhao Zheng, as the festival moves into its final day of action.

Minh Thang Tran has won the Prestige Super High Roller title, finishing first in a field of 26 entries to earn $153,500 from a total prize pool of $489,200. The final match came down to two Vietnamese players, Tran and Huu Dung Nguyen , who agreed to an ICM deal to split the prize money before finishing play.

Along with the cash, Tran received the Red Dragon Trophy, a winner’s jacket, and a diamond bracelet. Tran began the final table with the fewest chips but won several all-in pots to stay in the game, eventually overcoming a 4:1 chip disadvantage to win. This result brings his total live tournament earnings above $500,000.

Honestly, I didn’t expect that I could win this, but sometimes it just happens, you know. I’m really happy and I don’t know how to express myself, to be honest. I made the decision [to go pro] by myself, mostly, and this is my biggest achievement – best live cash, for sure.

Day 2 Recap

Day 2 began with 12 returning players, followed by 6 additional entries before the start of play to reach the final total of 26. Since only the top four players would receive a share of the prize pool, the competition remained high throughout the final table. Early eliminations at the final table included Xiaqing Ji and Yita Choong , followed by Vietnam’s all-time money leader Nguyen Le and William Jia , before the bubble phase began.

I want to say thank you to my best friend, Nguyen Le, and to my wife who was here on the rail always supporting me.

The money bubble burst when Tony Ren Lin was eliminated by Nguyen. Lin moved all-in for 1,800,000 with king-five suited, but Nguyen called with ace-king. The board provided no help for Lin, and his exit ensured that the remaining four players would finish in the money.

Once in the money, Khoa Anh Ngo was eliminated in fourth place when Nguyen made runner-runner trips. Xiangyu Yu was the next to exit in third place with pocket sevens, but Nguyen hit one of his outs on the turn, leaving Tran and Nguyen as the final two players.

Based on the ICM deal struck before heads-up play, Nguyen secured $178,000 due to his large chip lead, while Tran secured $137,500. The players left $16,000 and the title to play for. Although Nguyen started the final match with a 4-to-1 chip lead over Tran, the advantage changed after a series of hands.

Heads-Up: Tran’s Comeback

During the final stage, Tran won a large pot with a nut flush, which helped close the gap between the two players. He eventually took the lead after forcing Nguyen to fold on a later hand.

In the final hand, Nguyen was ahead with ace-queen against Tran’s king-jack. The board gave Tran a straight draw, which he completed when an ace appeared on the river. This hand ended the tournament, giving Tran the victory and his largest career cash to date.

Don’t hesitate to make your decision. Even if you fail, you stand up and you do it again. Just keep doing it.
