America’s Cardroom celebrates 21st anniversary
A huge online poker celebration is in store for Americas Cardroom’s 21st birthday with a full-fledged party through the month of October. Starting with a preparty this June, the US-friendly site’s team of pros is heading down to the Entertainment Capital of the World for season 2 of its Punters’ Pad series as featured in ACR’s official Youtube channel. Following shortly after is the launch of its biggest-ever Mini Online Super Series (MOSS) scheduled to run this coming June 19 through July 10 covering over $5 million in guaranteed prize pools.

Austria’s Christopher Frank clinches GGOC title
Bracelet winner Christopher Frank secured another sizable six-figure score just last week from Natural8 – GGNet’s massive GG Online Championship festival. The $150 million guaranteed series awarded Frank a whopping $323,252 in total prizes after emerging as the champion of its $10,300 Thursday Thriller Bounty event. With already World Series of Poker and World Poker Tour titles under his belt, the tournament crusher captured another notable win after outlasting the 135-entry field.
Sighting a top prize of $101k, the bounties made a significant difference in winnings with the bulk of the $1,350,000 prize pool going to Frank’s pockets. After denying runner-up finisher “morgata” of an additional six-figure payout, the Austrian secured $221,972 in knockout prizes with the second largest claimed by Russia’s Dimitar Danchev who cashed more in bounties as well. Brazil’s “morgata” locked in $119,269 in total winnings for his impressive run after Frank emerged victorious in their final heads up battle.

Hundreds of PSPC Platinum Passes awarded
One of the highly awaited annual highlights across the live scene, PokerStars’ Players NL Hold’em Championship (PSPC) is returning this early 2023 for a bigger second edition running together with the flagship PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) tour. Slated to run from January 22 – February 3, 2023 in Nassau, Bahamas, nearly 300 players have already claimed their PSPC Platinum Passes as reported firstly by pokerfuse.

Andrew Neeme signed as newest WPT ambassador
Following World Poker Tour’s new band of poker superstars as featured in its Poker Heroes NFT collection, the global operator is once again adding a popular character in its roster of ambassadors. Latest partner Andrew Neeme is widely known in the industry as a professional player as well as a successful content creator boasting over 176k subscribers on his YouTube channel alone. As an ambassador, “Neeme will follow the tour to attend WPT events around the world, work alongside online partners in promotional efforts, and create exclusive content for WPT”, cited the brand in its press release.
