Day 1C opened the games and showed a promising start for this buy in of 134 entries with 14 players bagging up hours later. Li Xinze towered over the remaining pack with 672,000 ( 67 bb) in chips which was a dominating 30 bb more than his closest fellow flight survivor. This also sent Li straight to the top of the cumulative Day 2 lineup, dethroning Day 1A leader Xing Zhongjie into second rank.

Another notable survivor of this heat and finished just below the leader was Hong Gang with 368,000 (37 bb). Hong would later bag up at Day 1D, becoming the second player to earn a Dream Bonus reward of ₩9.4 Million, significantly larger (roughly 4 times) the minimum payout.
