Day 6 of GOP Manila 2026 saw Flights B and C of the Main Event wrap up alongside the conclusion of the Titan Stack High Roller, while seven other events awarded trophies inside the Grand Ballroom at City of Dreams Manila .
Tom Verbruggen Captures Titan Stack High Roller Title

The marquee outcome of the day belonged to Event #40 Titan Stack High Roller (PHP 275,000), which attracted 29 entries to build a PHP 7,000,000 (~$112,745) prize pool. Dutch professional Tom Verbruggen navigated through the five paid spots to take down the title, earning the PHP 2,800,000 (~$45,100) top payout. Earlier in the series, he also took down Event #37 Hyper Turbo – High Roller (55,000 PHP) for PHP 240,000 (~$3,890).

Dela Fuente Tops Flight B of Main Event

The second flight of the GOP Manila Main Event got underway at 12:30 PM inside the Grand Ballroom. Another five players entered before the start to bring the Flight B field size up to 39 entries, and the top six finishers were guaranteed a portion of the PHP 30 million prize pool.
Rodolfo Dela Fuente burst the bubble when he cold four-bet jammed pocket aces, and three-bettor Lukasz Jankowski called with kings only to get shown the bad news and was unable to improve.

A new overall chip leader has been crowned in Vietnam ‘s Viet An Nguyen , who bagged an astonishing 2,515,000 in chips. At the end of the late registration, Nguyen was already the largest stack by some margin.
A total of 24 players are through to Day 2 for the festival’s crown jewel following the conclusion of Flight C last night. The total number of entries stands at 168 for the PHP 82,500 buy-in, leaving the field well short of reaching the PHP 30,000,000 (~USD 500,000) guarantee with two flights remaining, meaning the Main Event is still tracking toward a considerable overlay . United Kingdom native Mark Marriott outlasted the four-handed payout field to claim the title and PHP 206,400 (~$3,345). This was his second trophy at this festival.

Fendy Kosasih Secures Hyper Turbo High Roller Victory

Late-night high-roller competition concluded in Event #53 Hyper Turbo High Roller (PHP 55,000), where nine entries generated a PHP 432,000 (~$7,000) prize pool. Fresh off his runner-up finish in the Titan Stack High Roller, Fendy Kosasih took top honours for PHP 270,000 (~$4,375), while Steven placed second for PHP 162,000 (~$2,625).

Four additional side events crowned winners across the schedule. Fawzi Fayez captured Event #47 Medusa’s Head Hunter (PHP 26,400) for PHP 101,200 (~$1,640). Local representative Martin Astorga picked up Event #51 Hyper Turbo (PHP 16,500) for PHP 129,600 (~$2,100), and veteran Filipino player Terry Gonzaga won Event #52 5-Card NL Omaha Hyper Turbo (PHP 13,200) for PHP 80,600 (~$1,305).
