Britney Jing has been sidelined by Hustler Casino Live as the poker livestream platform reviews multiple allegations involving the popular cash-game player. The decision follows weeks of public disputes and accusations from several HCL regulars, including claims of collusion and other unfair practices.

Hustler Casino Live said it is gathering information from the people involved and reviewing the relevant facts before reaching any conclusions. Britney will take a break from appearing on HCL streams while the review is underway, with the platform promising a further update once more information becomes available.

Hustler Casino Live Puts Britney on Hold

Hustler Casino Live has temporarily benched Britney Jing while the livestream platform reviews a series of allegations involving the Chinese poker player. The move came after more than a week of public accusations and counterclaims that began with posts and a video from high-stakes player Chengsi Ye, known as C Ye.

The dispute initially centered on an $18,000 unpaid debt and disagreements over the results of a private cash game. As the story spread across social media, however, additional allegations emerged involving staking arrangements, missing chips, and potential collusion. Several other high-stakes poker players subsequently became involved in the wider dispute.

In a statement posted on social media, Hustler Casino Live said it was aware of the various allegations concerning Britney and was taking them seriously. The platform said it was gathering information from the people involved and reviewing the relevant facts before reaching any conclusions.

As part of that process, Britney will take a break from appearing on Hustler Casino Live while the review is underway. HCL has not announced a specific timeframe for the review or said when Britney Jing could return to its streams.

Importantly, Hustler Casino Live has not stated that Britney was found to have engaged in collusion or cheating. The platform has emphasized that it will not draw conclusions until its review is complete.

Chengsi Ye, also known as C Ye, published a YouTube video accusing Britney Jing of failing to repay an alleged $18,000 debt stemming from a poker staking arrangement.
Chengsi Ye, also known as C Ye, published a YouTube video accusing Britney Jing of failing to repay an alleged $18,000 debt stemming from a poker staking arrangement.

How Did the Allegations Against Britney Jing Begin?

On September 21, C Ye published a video titled She Ghosted Me After Owing Me Money, in which she claimed that Britney had purchased 30% of her poker action. According to Ye, the arrangement had lasted for several months and generated roughly $140,000 for Britney. The dispute arose after Ye lost $60,000 in a cash game, which would have left Britney responsible for $18,000 under their staking arrangement. Ye alleged that Britney did not pay the amount owed.

Britney later rejected that version of events. In a September 24 statement, she said she had no outstanding debts and had always paid out her shares. Instead, Jing accused Ye of underreporting the amount she won in a private cash game at the Venetian Las Vegas on June 7.

The two players gave substantially different accounts of that session. Ye reportedly said she won around $190,000, while Britney claimed that approximately $80,000 was unaccounted for based on the final chip count. Britney also said Venetian staff had checked surveillance footage and found records connected to the review.

C Ye subsequently contacted the Venetian herself. A security employee told her, in a recording later featured in a Charlie Carrel YouTube video, that there had been no flag against her name around June 7 and that surveillance footage from that date would have been deleted by June 22.

As the dispute spread across social media, several HCL personalities became involved. Ryan Feldman publicly supported Britney, while Nik Airball, who had been present in the June 7 Venetian game, was mentioned in the dispute but did not directly comment. Xuan Liu also defended Britney's character based on information she said she had received, although she later clarified that she was only repeating what she had been told.

Britney later published a more detailed response addressing the allegations and presenting her own account of the events. In the statement, she disputed several of the claims and said she was willing to provide supporting evidence privately to credible members of the poker community.

The Collusion Allegations Involving Peter Wang

The dispute took a more serious turn when Peter Wang, a regular on Hustler Casino Live, accused Britney Jing of colluding against him in a hand played on the livestream. The hand took place during a Squid game, a format in which players can have action on one another, making staking relationships especially relevant when assessing potential conflicts of interest.

Wang's concerns were later brought back into the spotlight by former HCL regular Wesley Fei, who shared a clip of the hand on X and suggested that it helped explain why Wang had suspected collusion. The clip quickly attracted attention from other members of the poker community, turning a disputed hand into one of the central pieces of the wider controversy.

However, the hand has not produced a clear consensus among those who have reviewed it. Charlie Carrel, who discussed the situation in one of his videos, said that he would have played the hand in the same way as the other player involved, Jack, and did not believe the hand alone provided enough evidence to establish collusion.

Matt Berkey took a different angle when discussing the controversy. Rather than claiming that the hand proved cheating, Berkey focused on the potential conflict created when players at the same table buy or swap pieces of one another's action. He argued that these arrangements can create situations where players may have competing financial incentives, particularly in games such as Squid.

The hand therefore remains an allegation rather than an established case of collusion. Wang has maintained that he believed something was wrong, while other players have disagreed over whether the footage actually demonstrates coordinated play. With HCL now reviewing the broader allegations involving Jing, the hand is likely to remain one of the incidents examined as part of that process.

Staking and Lineup Allegations

Beyond the individual disputes involving C Ye and Peter Wang, additional allegations have raised questions about Britney Jing's relationships with other players and her role in organizing high-stakes games.

Former Hustler Casino Live regular Wesley Fei brought renewed attention to Jing's staking activity, alleging that she had bought pieces of multiple players who were competing in the same game. Fei argued that such arrangements could create potential conflicts of interest, particularly when a player has financial exposure to several opponents at the same table. The allegations relate to a private game at the Bicycle Casino in 2023.

The issue of staking also became part of a broader discussion about whether Britney had influence over who played in certain games. Coco Yu, a friend of Peter Wang, later published a video in Mandarin that she said showed Britney discussing the possibility of bringing her own “horses” into games. According to Yu's translation and interpretation, Jing was referring to players she backed and could potentially place into games.

Another player, Aaron Zang, a high-stakes regular, made broader allegations, saying he had known Britney from private games in China. In a video discussing the controversy, Charlie Carrel said Zang accused Britney Jing of organizing games in Shanghai while buying action from players who were competing against wealthy recreational players. Zang also described some of Jing's alleged practices as serious enough to be considered unfair or cheating.

None of these claims have been independently established, and staking another player is not in itself evidence of collusion. The concern is whether financial relationships between multiple players, combined with influence over game lineups, could compromise the integrity of a poker game.
