BCPoker Cuts Rake by Up to 70%

BCPoker once again made some serious changes that every online poker player needs to know about. They slashed rake caps by up to 70% across all stakes – effective 9 May 2026. And their May promotions calendar is stacked: The Be.Champ $150,000 GTD series running with a 20% overlay, and $3,000 in daily Cash Rain added directly to pots, plus weekly $1,111 GTD for $1, and you can join exclusive BCPoker freerolls as well.
If you have not joined BCPoker, now is the time to reconsider.

BCPoker Cuts Rake by Up to 70% – What Changed on 9 May 2026
The rake itself stays at 5%. What changed is the cap – the maximum rake BCPoker takes from any single pot. Caps had been sitting above the industry standard at several stake levels.
BCPoker recognized this was hurting player retention, shortening sessions, and eroding the ecosystem over time. So they fixed it.
The reduction applies across NLHE, PLO, 6+, and AOF. It hits every stake level from micro through high stakes. And at some limits, the improvement is dramatic.

Why the NL200 Cut Is the Biggest Deal
NL200 is the volume sweet spot on most crypto poker platforms. It’s where regs grind, recreational players try their luck, and the games are even more fun. Cutting the cap from $10 to $3 – a 70% reduction – directly improves win rates and makes the games more sustainable for everyone at the table.
That’s not a small adjustment. At 30 hands per hour, that’s real money saved every session.
What It Means at Mid-Stakes
NL400 and NL1000 both dropped by 63%. These stakes now sit in line with what you’d find in the best-structured poker rooms globally. If you’ve been running these limits elsewhere purely for rake efficiency, BCPoker has now closed that gap.
Micro stakes (NL5-NL20) were also trimmed by 17%-33%. The entry points are now among the cheapest in the crypto poker space. If you’re building a bankroll from the bottom up, BCPoker’s micro game structure just got more favorable.

BCPoker May 2026 Promotions – Full Calendar Breakdown
The rake cut would be enough on its own. But BCPoker is running a stacked promotions calendar alongside it. Here is everything live in May 2026.

$150,000 GTD Be.Champ Series – 20% Overlay Right Now
The Be.Champ Series is BCPoker’s flagship MTT series, and it’s currently running with a 20% overlay. That means the prize pool is paying out more than the players are putting in. Fewer runners, bigger share of the prize money for you. This is not a marketing claim – it’s a live overlay that makes every satellite and direct entry worth more than face value right now.
If you’re an MTT player looking for underpriced fields and soft competition, the Be.Champ Series is exactly that. Don’t wait until it fills up.
BCPoker Signature Schedule
May’s regular schedule runs alongside the series. The anchor events give you consistent volume and competitive prize pools throughout the month.
| Tournament | GTD Prize Pool | Buy-In |
|---|---|---|
| BCPoker Apex | $25,000 | $50 |
| Sunday Gems | $6,500 | $30 |
| Bounty Beast PKO | $1,500 | $10 |
| Daily Deep Stacks | $500 | $2.50 |
The Daily Deep Stacks at $2.50 is especially noteworthy. A $500 guarantee at that price point is a great tournament to play.

Manig Loeser $1,000 Freeroll – 17 May 2026
BCPoker has signed Manig Loeser as its new Global Ambassador. To celebrate, they’re running a $1,000 freeroll on 17 May. Entry is free – you just need the password.
Password: Manig
Manig Loeser is one of the sharpest tournament players in the game. His involvement signals that BCPoker is building serious credibility in the pro community. The freeroll is a one-time opportunity – make sure you’re registered.
Daily Lucky Spin – Win Up to $1,000 (From 9 May)
The Lucky Spin launched on 9 May and runs throughout the month. Here’s how it works:
- Complete Daily Missions to trigger a spin
- Each spin gives you a chance at cash prizes, BCD, or high-value tournament tickets
- Top prize: $1,000 cash
The Daily Missions give you a consistent reason to log in every day. Even if you’re not playing big volume, you can still hit the spin and land real value. It’s a low-effort, high-upside daily routine.

24/7 Cash Rain at NLHE – $3,000 Added Daily (Until 31 May)
This is the one that directly affects your cash game winnings. BCPoker is adding $3,000 to pots every day across all NLHE tables – around the clock, until 31 May.
Here’s the key mechanic: the prize money is added directly to the pot. Win the hand, take the extra cash. No points system, no leaderboard grind. Just play your game and collect when you ship pots.
- Running: all day, every day across all NLHE tables
- Daily pool: $3,000
- Higher blind levels trigger prizes more frequently and at higher values
- Winner takes all – prize is added to the pot, not split
- Active until 31 May 2026
For mid-stakes and high-stakes cash players, the frequency increases with blind level. If you’re already grinding NL400 and above at reduced rake, Cash Rain stacks value on top of every session you’re already planning to play.
The Golden One – Now Weekly ($1 Buy-In / $1,111 GTD)
The Golden One is BCPoker’s signature value tournament – and it just got better. It runs every Saturday at either 13:00 or 21:00 UTC+0. One dollar in, $1,111 guaranteed prize pool. The overlay potential here is genuine. For bankroll-conscious players, this is the kind of spot you mark in your calendar and protect.
- Buy-in: $1
- Guaranteed prize pool: $1,111
- Schedule: every Saturday
- Start times: 13:00 or 21:00 UTC+0
Daily Leaderboards – $500 NLH + $600 Casino
Two daily leaderboards run throughout May:
- $500 Daily NLH Leaderboard – compete at the cash tables every day
- $600 Daily Casino Leaderboard – for players who mix poker with casino action
These reset daily, which means you don’t need to grind a full month to stay competitive. Show up, put in volume, and climb the board. Consistent daily play is rewarded directly.

VIP Rakeback
The rake cut reduces how much you pay per pot. The VIP rakeback system gives you a percentage of what you pay back automatically. These two things stack.
BCPoker’s VIP system pays up to 50% rakeback, credited automatically to your wallet on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of every month. No claiming. No button to press. It just lands. Leveling up mid-cycle triggers an immediate payout. And even if you miss the maintenance threshold for a higher tier, you still receive rakeback at your current level – your rake is never wasted.
The system recently got 25% faster to level up, meaning you reach better rakeback tiers with less rake than before.
For the full VIP tier table and a breakdown of what each level pays, see our BCPoker VIP rakeback update article .
Why May 2026 Is the Right Time to Join BCPoker
You’re not just getting a single promotion here. You’re getting a structural improvement to the game economy – lower rake caps that stay in place permanently – combined with a month of stacked overlays, freerolls, and daily cash additions.
The combination matters. Reduced rake means your win rate goes up at every session.
Cash Rain means extra money lands in pots you’re already playing. The Be.Champ overlay means your tournament dollar goes further than face value. And the Manig Loeser freeroll is $1,000 in free prize money on 17 May.
If you’re a cash game player who is mindful of rake – and you should be – BCPoker has just become one of the most competitively structured rooms in the crypto space. If you’re an MTT player looking for soft fields and real overlays, the Be.Champ Series is your window.
