APPT Manila 2026 is Underway!

APPT Manila 2026 is underway. Players are now seated inside the Cove Manila at Okada Manila , with the first hands of the Asia-Pacific Poker Tour’s two-week festival dealt beneath the glass dome and surrounded by the resort’s palm trees, pools and cabanas. The tournament runs through to August 10, with PHP 132,000,000 in total guarantees and a PHP 60,000,000 GTD Main Event as the centrepiece.

The Okada Kickoff is the first featured event on the schedule, with Day 1A having already commenced earlier today, followed by Day 1B at 5:30 PM and Day 1C at 8:00 PM local time. All surviving stacks return already in the money for Day 2 tomorrow at noon. Live hand reports updates from Day 1A are already live, and you can follow all the action at the link below.

What’s Coming Over the Next Two Weeks

The Okada Kickoff sets the tone before the APPT National (PHP 30,000, PHP 8,000,000 GTD) gets underway on July 29. The PokerStars Red Dragon (PHP 50,000, PHP 15,000,000 GTD) follows on July 31, running through to August 3. The APPT Open (PHP 60,000, PHP 15,000,000 GTD) starts August 3. The APPT Main Event (PHP 80,000, PHP 60,000,000 GTD) runs its starting flights from August 6 to 8, with Day 1D on the evening of August 8, playing down to a champion on August 10. The APPT Super High Roller (PHP 300,000, PHP 5,000,000 GTD) also gets underway on August 6, though live reporting will begin from Day 2 on August 7.

Today’s Schedule – Tuesday, July 28

Alongside the Okada Kickoff, today’s schedule featured several other events already underway at the Cove. The day opened with a Freeroll feeding into the APPT Manila Super Qualifier (PHP 9,000), which guarantees 20 Main Event seats - one of the best value pathways into the flagship event on the entire schedule.

The Ultrastack (PHP 20,000) also got underway this afternoon, offering a deep-stacked format for players looking for a longer session before the bigger events later in the week. The Ladies Warm-Up (PHP 3,500) rounds out the evening’s action, with three Okada Kickoff starting flights running simultaneously across the day: Day 1A at 3:00 PM, Day 1B at 5:30 PM, and Day 1C at 8:00 PM. An APPT National Qualifier (PHP 5,100) closes out the night at 9:00 PM for players already targeting the National’s PHP 8,000,000 guarantee.
