Filipino standout Marc Rivera claimed his first GOP Gauntlet by winning the Demigods Challenge. The festival’s highest buy-in event, at TWD 330,000 (~US$10,400), drew just five players, creating a winner-take-all prize of TWD 1,520,475 (~US$48,055). Rivera held his chip lead throughout heads-up play against Yohwan “BoxeR” Lim to secure the victory, marking his first GOP title and earning the prestigious black gauntlet.
