Action was caught on a completed board of 8 8 3 Q 3 and a massive pot of around 150,000. From under the gun, Sung Han Wang fired 60,000. His heads-up opponent on the button, Denghao Chen, went over and bet 5,000 more than the pot evoking a loud groan of frustration from Wang.

Looking absolutely put off, Wang stared at Chen, the board, the pot and threw his hands in the air. He threw his cards to the muck pile as he brought his hands down and gave up on the hand.

Chen started asking Wang if he had pocket kings as he scooped the pot to no avail.

Hao Makes Right Call But Gets Wrong And Deadly Result

Level 13: 1,000 / 2,000 ante: 2,000

Zijing Zhan opened for 4,200 from early position. Zhengshan Hao called from the hi-jack, as did small blind Di Huang and big blind Andres Vasquez.

Four players were shown a flop of: 2 J 4.

The blinds checked it to the raiser and Zhan didn't disappoint by firing out 9,000.

Hao and Huang stayed in and Vasquez bowed out.

Three players were then shown a T on the turn.

Huang checked. Zhan moved all-in for 35,800 and Hao took a moment before pushing in a chip to call.

Huang stepped out of the way.

Zhan showed: A 3 for flush and straight draw possibilities while Hao showed: A J and was ahead with top pair.

The poker gods felt a suckout was in order - considering that this was hand was happening on the featured table live stream - and threw in a 5 to give Zhan a straight, adding drama and horror in one card.

Hao made the right call, but found the wrong result - and the result happened to send him out of the tournament with his stack covered.

By day's end the remaining survivors who will return to Day 3 will be joined by 234 on-live qualifiers, who are guaranteed a min cash following their success through the Natural8 and GGPoker online poker apps.

Sorokin cashed twice during APT Incheon 2025 last month, but his most significant accomplishment was a 2015 Wynn Classic victory, in the USD 2,000 NLH event, where he pocketed a career best USD 101,619.

Not too far away is second-ranked William Teoh of Malaysia, who earned his 345,500 stack during Flight B where he was the end-of-day chip leader. Teoh is a three-time APT winner and a four-time APT runner-up, which just goes to show his endurance for poker.

Completing the top three is Chao Ting Cheng of the United States via Taiwan with a bag of 332,100 chips amassed during Flight D. Cheng is a two-time APT winner and a three-time WPT champion.

Chinese players **Zu You Wang **(328,900) and **XIang Yu Yu **(325,700) along with **Andreas Christodoulou **(302,000) of Cyprus make the next three and are the only other ones with chips past the 300K mark.
