Indian poker player Sriharsha Doddapaneni may be considered a rookie in the poker world, having only kicked off his live poker career in 2023. Still, he already has USD 111,008 in total live earnings.

His debut in the Philippines for Poker Dream Manila was nothing short of a triumph. Sriharsha Doddapaneni secured the second position in the Main Event, pocketing a substantial PHP 214,000 (USD 3,850). This remarkable victory was just the beginning of his professional poker journey on the live felt, which he continued in the United States at the 54th WSOP in Las Vegas. Though he didn’t break into the top ten, Doddapaneni still enjoyed earnings of USD 46,889.

Playing exclusively online during the June and July seasons, he tried his hand at poker in Vietnam during the Passport to the World Championship in Hanoi in October 2023. During the Mega Stack High-Roller, Doddapaneni achieved his best live cash yet worth VND 824,500,000 (USD 33,830).

Doddapaneni concluded his 2023 poker run at the WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas, which marked his second most significant prize pot of USD 12,203 in the $2,750 + 250 No-Limit Hold’em event.

The Indian rookie’s latest pursuit was at the WPT Cambodia Championship in Phnom Penh in January 2024, though you can expect to see him break into more factions of Asian poker soon.
