Galway native Frank Lillis is an online poker aficionado known by his virtual moniker, “Denman98.” He kicked off his live cash career in Galway in 2010 and scored his biggest win nearly a decade later at the 2019 D4 Events Dublin Poker Festival, where he won the ACOP event and a whopping €24,020 (USD 27,226).

However, it was in 2020 that Frank Lillis truly showcased his adaptability and skill. Venturing into the online poker space, he quickly established himself as a force to be reckoned with, amassing impressive victories at various WSOP Online events. 

Lillis bested his top live cash earnings online six-fold at the 2022 WSOP Online Ultra Deepstack Bracelet Event 16, marking an all-time high of USD 112,124. 

Post-pandemic, Lillis returned to live poker in 2023, participating in WPT Prime Cambodia and WSOP 2023. Lillis flew back to Cambodia in 2024 to join the WPT Cambodia Championship, where he placed third in the Single-Day Megastack Mini High-Roller, earning USD 19,130 and significantly increasing his GPI ranking. 

Lillis’ most recent victory came during APT Taipei when he placed fourth in the Single-Day High Roller, bagging a prize pot of NTD 614,000 (USD 19,456).
