Xu Yang Rides Ace-King To Lead Day 1 Of Triton Jeju $100K NLH Main Event
The opening day of the $100,000 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series Jeju 2026 , held at the world-class Les A Casino , concluded with 78 players remaining from a field of 151 entries.
Xu Yang Tops Day 1 of $100K NLH Main Event

Xu Yang emerged as the chip leader, bagging 1,393,000 (139 big blinds). Two key ace-king hands propelled him to the top of the counts. He first eliminated Quang Minh Nguyen , whose ace-queen was dominated, with Yang’s ace-king holding.
In the final level, Yang secured the chip lead with a double knockout. Holding ace-king, he was up against Artur Martirosyan’s pocket tens and Mario Mosbock’s pocket queens. Yang paired his ace on the turn to eliminate both players and finish the day as chip leader.

Behind Yang is Nacho Barbero with 1,061,000 (106 big blinds), who steadily built his stack throughout the day. Barbero is a regular on the Triton circuit, with more than $17.5 million in Triton earnings, 42 cashes, and four titles, and will be looking to add another.

The final player to reach a seven-figure stack is Tony Ren Lin with 1,011,000 (101 big blinds). Lin is a well-known figure in the high-stakes scene with over $18 million in live tournament earnings, including more than $4 million from Triton events. Despite 27 cashes, he is still seeking his first Triton title.
