RPT Championship I 2025 Brings a Landmark Festival to Hanoi

Poker in Vietnam is in full swing as the inaugural RPT Championship I unfolds at Royal Poker Club Hanoi from November 11 to 20, 2025. This debut edition of the Royal Poker Tour introduces a ten-day festival with a guaranteed prize pool of VND 35 billion across 44 events, marking one of the most ambitious launches ever staged in the country.

Now, on the third day of the series, the action has already delivered strong fields, high-quality structures, and full tables from morning until midnight. With multi-day tournaments, premium High Roller events, and a Main Event offering a guaranteed prize pool of VND 10 Billion, the RPT Championship I sets a new benchmark for competitive poker in Hanoi.

All events take place at Royal Poker Club’s modern venue located on the 2nd Floor, 195 Kham Thien Building, Dong Da District, Hanoi. The club is known for its spacious layout, professional staff, and vibrant poker atmosphere, making it one of Vietnam’s most respected poker destinations.

Kick Off Update

The Kick Off event has drawn one of the biggest fields of the festival. With a VND 5,500,000 buy in and a VND 3 Billion guarantee, the tournament easily surpassed its target as players packed the room across all starting flights. A total of 1360 entries were recorded, setting up a strong opening for the series.

After four Day 1s, only 171 players remain. The room stayed busy throughout, with full tables through every level and steady action from morning until late evening. The Final Day seat draw is now available at Royal Poker Club Hanoi.

With the field now reduced to a much smaller group, every decision carries more weight. The Kick Off is set for a competitive finish as players chase the first major trophy of the festival.
