Okada Manila Millions Breaks Guarantee After Four Flights as Ong and Tomozawa Lead Day 1C & 1D
Day 1C of the Okada Manila Millions 2026 at PokerStars LIVE inside the luxurious Okada Manila saw the field grow significantly, adding 390 entries to the total count. During this flight, the PHP 6,000,000 guarantee was officially broken, ensuring a much larger prize pool for the survivors. This was followed by Day 1D, which brought in another 252 entries with 30 players making it into the money. Across the first four flights, a total of 1,228 entries have been recorded, with three more flights still to run today.
Day 1C: Ong Leads the Way as Guarantee is Smashed

By the end of Day 1C of the Okada Manila Millions, only 47 survivors remained to bag their chips, joining the previous qualifiers for Day 2 this Saturday. Leading the flight is Reynaldo Ong , who finished with 540,000 (90 big blinds) after winning several large pots during the final levels of play.
John Riad finished in second for the day with 521,000 (87 big blinds), while Xianmeng Zhang claimed the third spot with 414,000 (69 big blinds). Zhang’s rise to the top was helped by one of the biggest hands of the session, where he flopped trips and improved to a full house on the river to win a huge pot against Shinho Choi.

The bubble phase moved very quickly due to a series of fast eliminations. On the final hand, Gilson Chan moved all in with king-ten but was called by Daisuke Kakinuma, who held ace-jack. An ace appeared immediately on the flop, and Chan could not recover, falling just one spot short of the money. With his exit, the bubble officially burst, and the remaining 47 players secured both their payout and their place in the next round.
