K Poker Cup & King Poker Cup 2026: Road to KPC LIVE Super League Added to Packed Jeju Schedule

The K Poker Cup and King Poker Cup are heading into a massive summer stretch in South Korea, with the combined series running from July 25 through August 10, 2026 at Les A Casino in Jeju. Backed by main sponsor QQPK and carrying a total series guarantee of KRW 2,000,000,000 (~USD 1.34 million), the 17-day festival is shaping up to be the biggest edition yet, and organisers have just confirmed a major addition to the schedule.
Road to KPC LIVE Super League Joins the Schedule

Tournament officials have announced a major addition to the K Poker Cup lineup: Event #L1, the Road to KPC LIVE Super League, running July 27 to 29. More than just another high-stakes tournament, the event is designed to put players up against the best in the field, backed by a premium deep-stack structure and extensive KPC LIVE broadcast coverage. Every key moment will be captured through KPC LIVE’s panoramic production, bringing the action to audiences around the world.
Elite Structure Built for Championship Poker

The structure has been built to reward skill, patience and post-flop excellence over the three days:
- Starting Stack: 300,000 chips
- Day 1: 40-minute blind levels through the end of Level 9
- Day 2 and Final Day: 60-minute blind levels
Earn Your Seat in the 2027 Super League
The stakes go well beyond this summer’s prize pool. The champion, runner-up and third-place finisher will each earn direct entry into the January 2027 Road to KPC LIVE Super League.
Schedule Update: Event #18 Cancelled

Please note that Event #18, the Single-Day High Roller originally set for July 28, has been cancelled. Players who purchased Early Bird packages that included Event #18 do not need to take any action, as their buy-in will be automatically transferred to the new Road to KPC LIVE Super League, which carries the same KRW 2,500,000 buy-in.
Demand Soars as Supreme Package Sells Out
Interest in the series has been running hot, and the Supreme Package (KRW 5,650,000), which included four key events, a KRW 800,000 pre-funded tournament wallet, and a five-night stay at Landing Hotel, is now officially sold out. The speed of the sellout points to exceptionally strong interest in this year’s series, and based on current sales momentum, organisers expect both the number of participants and the total prize pool to potentially reach new record highs.
A handful of other Early Bird packages remain available through KPC customer service, though spots are limited:
- New Launch: KPC Double M Combo (KRW 5,500,000): Includes #23 Main Event Day 1 and #49 Super Deepstack entries, a KRW 2.5 million tournament wallet, and four nights at Landing Hotel. 60 spots left.
- Ultimate High Roller Package (KRW 20,000,000 + USD 5,000): Comprehensive high roller seat coverage plus ten nights at the Marriott. 5 spots left.
- Premium High Roller Package (KRW 17,500,000): Covers four major High Roller events plus six nights at the Marriott. 15 spots left.
- King’s Glory Package: Built for ultra-high rollers, covering King’s #K1, #K8 and #K9 events plus eight nights at the Marriott with VIP airport transfers. 3 spots left.
For players still weighing up whether to join, a limited number of more affordable hotel rooms remain available outside of the packages. Interested players are encouraged to contact KPC VIP customer service as soon as possible to secure their accommodation.
King Poker Cup Returns After Strong Debut
The first King Poker Cup made an immediate impression earlier this year, drawing more than 800 entries across the festival and putting the high-stakes series firmly on the global map. Players competed for a combined prize pool of over USD 8 million, with the USD 5,000 King’s Debut bringing in 362 entries, the Crown Hunt attracting 109 players, and the USD 15,000 King’s Main Event coming close to the 200-entry mark.
Expanded August Schedule
The updated August schedule adds a wider spread of formats and buy-ins to the festival lineup. Among the newly highlighted events are the USD 2,000 NLH Royal Rush Turbo (#K2), USD 2,000 King’s Big O (#K5), USD 10,000 Crown Hunt (#K8), USD 10,000 Big Bounty (#K10), and USD 10,000 NLH/PLO Mix (#K11). Mixed-game players also have several targets on the schedule, including the USD 3,000 King’s T.O.R.S.E (#K4) and USD 3,000 King’s PLO (#K6).
The King’s Main Event and Final Coronation
#K9 The King’s Main Event returns as one of the headline events of the festival with a USD 15,000 buy-in. The inaugural edition attracted 191 entries and generated a USD 2,681,700 prize pool, with China’s Tony Ren Lin capturing the title and the USD 600,700 top prize. Lin defeated Vietnam’s Trung Hieu Nguyen heads-up after a dominant final table run that also featured Singapore’s Abraham Ceesvin , Lithuania’s Matas Cimbolas , and Japan’s Takumi Odani among the final eight.
The series will also feature #K12 Final Coronation, a USD 30,000 buy-in closer built around the festival’s royal theme, with the champion receiving a prestige crown.
King’s Main Event Champion Special

The ultimate winner of the King’s Main Event will receive a unique, one-of-a-kind “Crown K” custom necklace alongside the grand prize cash.
