A new analysis by QuintAce reveals the biggest online poker cash game winners in No-Limit Hold’em (NLHE) across the five major online poker rooms over a six-year period. The leaderboard is topped by the WPT Global account huangyangliu, which recorded approximately $5.3 million in tracked net winnings.

Which Poker Rooms Did QuintAce Analyze?

QuintAce’s NLHE cash game leaderboard draws on tracked results from five major online poker rooms:

The data covers approximately 2.6 billion NLHE hands played between September 2020 and September 2026. While QuintAce’s wider Poker Ecology Report compares six rooms, its biggest-winners leaderboard covers five.

Who Are the Biggest Online Cash Game Winners?

The leaderboard features some of the biggest recorded winners in online NLHE cash games, ranked by tracked net winnings. The top 10 reveals who came out ahead over the six-year period and which poker rooms they played in.

Data note: Coverage varies across the five poker rooms. QuintAce uses a full operator feed for WPT Global, while the data for the other four rooms comes from purchased hand-history samples, with gaps in some stakes and periods. The leaderboard therefore reflects the results captured in the available dataset, rather than every hand played across all five rooms.

Who Are the Players Behind the Screen Names?

Although some of the leaderboard's biggest winners are known by their online aliases, several names can be linked to recognizable figures in high-stakes poker. KayhanMok, who ranks third, is Norwegian poker pro Kayhan Mokri, while M Leikkonen is Finnish high-stakes regular Markus Leikkonen. Clickr has been linked to Finnish heads-up specialist Henri Puustinen.

Other recognizable names include Wiktor Malinowski, listed as W Malinowski, and Linus Loeliger, whose online alias is LLinusLLove. The CoinPoker account PR0DIGY belongs to British player Owen Messere. Barak Wisbrod also appears in the rankings under his own name on GGPoker and as iWasOnly17 on WPN/ACR, giving him two entries in the top 25.

Not every account can be linked to a publicly identified player, however. The two highest-ranked WPT Global accounts, huangyangliu and biglucky88, continue to be referred to by their screen names in the poker coverage reviewed for this article. BERRI SWEET, another account in the top 25, has also been described as an anonymous high-stakes player.

The leaderboard therefore includes both familiar names and accounts whose owners have not been publicly identified. It is also worth noting that the ranking lists accounts by poker room rather than combining every account believed to belong to the same person.

How Did “huangyangliu” Win $5.3 Million in Online NLHE Cash Games?

“huangyangliu” finished at the top of QuintAce’s NLHE cash game leaderboard with $5,306,952 in tracked net winnings on WPT Global. The result came over 702,743 hands, making huangyangliu one of the most active players among the leaderboard’s biggest winners. Across that sample, the account averaged approximately $7.55 in profit per hand.

The breakdown of those winnings is particularly revealing. According to QuintAce’s analysis, approximately $2.42 million came from ring games, while another $2.89 million came from heads-up play. That means heads-up games accounted for more than half of the account’s total tracked profit.

One detail stands out: around $3.2 million of huangyangliu’s net winnings came from just 32,830 hands against a single heads-up opponent on a WPT Global partner skin site. Against other heads-up opponents in the tracked data, the account recorded a loss of approximately $310,000.

These figures suggest that the overall total was driven by a particularly profitable matchup rather than consistent winnings against every heads-up opponent. They also illustrate why headline profit figures need context: the total alone doesn’t show where the money was won or how concentrated those results were.

huangyangliu’s $5.3 million lead is therefore an impressive result within the tracked dataset, but it should not automatically be interpreted as proof of being the best online cash game player overall. The QuintAce cash game leaderboard measures recorded net winnings in the available sample, not every player’s complete results across all online poker rooms.

Where Do Online Cash Game Winners Play?

The data breaks down the hands played by the top 25 tracked NLHE cash game winners on five online poker rooms, separating heads-up play from games with three or more players. CoinPoker stands out, with heads-up poker accounting for more than half of the tracked hands.

CoinPoker’s 56.8% heads-up share is substantially higher than the other four rooms, where heads-up hands account for 4.9% to 13.6% of the tracked total. This highlights a clear difference in the top 25 winners' playing patterns across platforms, although it does not show which room generated the most profit from heads-up games.

According to QuintAce data, 56.8% of the tracked hands on CoinPoker were played heads-up, across a sample of more than 1.56 million hands

Where Did the Earnings Come From?

The share of hands played heads-up doesn't necessarily reflect the share of earnings generated in those games. QuintAce’s data also breaks down the top 25 players’ tracked winnings by format, revealing how much came from heads-up play and how much from games with three or more players.

CoinPoker stands out from the other rooms in the breakdown. The top 25 tracked winners earned $11.4 million from heads-up games, accounting for 79.3% of their total tracked winnings on the platform. In contrast, heads-up play contributed a much smaller share of earnings on the other four rooms, ranging from 13.9% on WPT Global to 31.7% on PokerStars.

What the QuintAce Leaderboard Can and Can’t Tell Us

QuintAce’s leaderboard offers a rare look at the biggest online poker cash game winners across five major poker rooms, but it should not be treated as a definitive ranking of the world’s best cash game players. It identifies the accounts with the highest recorded net winnings in the available dataset, rather than measuring overall skill or capturing every player’s complete results.

The data also comes with limitations. WPT Global results are based on the room’s full player population, while the figures for GGPoker, CoinPoker, WPN/ACR, and PokerStars come from purchased hand-history samples. These samples have gaps in coverage: GGPoker’s data excludes stakes above 10/20 after October 30, 2023, WPN/ACR is missing data for 2022, and PokerStars lacks certain lower-stakes hands from July 2025 onward. As a result, the amount of available data differs between rooms.

The reported figures represent net winnings after rake, but exclude rakeback and other rewards. They also reflect the results recorded within the sample period, from September 2020 to September 2026, rather than players’ lifetime earnings across every online poker room.

Despite these limitations, the leaderboard reveals striking differences in how the biggest tracked winners accumulated their profits. From huangyangliu’s $5.3 million result on WPT Global to the unusually large share of heads-up earnings among CoinPoker’s top players, the data shows that there is no single path to reaching the top of online cash games. It provides a valuable snapshot of six years of tracked NLHE results, while leaving room for further analysis of the players, games, and circumstances behind the numbers.
