Asia Millions Unveils Ambitious Plans for 2027 Launch

Vietnam’s poker calendar could have a major new addition in 2027, with Asia Millions Series of Poker (ASOP) preparing to launch a tour that spans accessible Circuit festivals through to a dedicated High Roller Series.
Operated by AM Entertainment, Asia Millions has ambitions to build a lasting annual calendar in Vietnam before expanding internationally over time. Its proposed debut season includes a flagship Annual Championship, with four festivals planned between April 2027 and January 2028.
It is an ambitious opening program for a new brand, with distinct festival formats designed to give players reasons to return throughout the year. For the tour’s founder, the project comes from personal experience at the tables and a desire to contribute to poker’s growth in Vietnam.
“Asia Millions grew out of my experience as a player and a desire to help build something lasting for poker in Vietnam. The ambition is to create a tour that players trust, enjoy returning to and feel proud to be part of.”
A New Tour With Long-Term Ambitions

Asia Millions is being developed as a year-round tour, with each festival format serving a different part of the poker community. Players can expect a mix of accessible side events and multi-flight tournaments, alongside flagship Main Events and higher-stakes competitions.
The Asia Millions Circuit will form the foundation of the tour, offering broad tournament schedules with accessible entry points. The Super Circuit takes that concept a step further, with higher buy-ins and an expanded competitive offering.
At the centre of the calendar will be the Asia Millions Annual Championship, a once-a-year flagship festival that the organisers hope will become a regular gathering for the wider poker community. A separate High Roller Series will give higher-stakes players a festival of their own.
Each format will also have its own visual identity and trophy collection, giving the individual festivals a distinct look while remaining part of the Asia Millions brand.
“We want players to have different ways to experience Asia Millions throughout the year. The Circuit provides a broad entry point, the Super Circuit offers a step up, and the Annual Championship is the occasion we want the whole community to look forward to. Our High Roller Series will serve players looking for a dedicated higher-stakes program,” the founder explained.
Four Festivals Planned for the Opening Season

The proposed calendar begins with the Asia Millions Circuit at Quads Poker Club in Hanoi from April 1–12, 2027, followed by the Super Circuit in July. The Annual Championship is planned for October, before the High Roller Series closes the opening season across the New Year.

Building a Tour Players Want to Return To

A busy calendar and distinctive trophies will help introduce the brand, but the organisers say the player experience will be central to building its reputation.
Clear tournament information and well-run events are among the priorities, supported by an experienced tournament operations team and attentive on-site service. The intention is to make the festivals welcoming for local players while giving international visitors reasons to add Vietnam to their poker travel plans.
“As a player, you remember more than the result. You remember whether the information was clear, whether the tournament ran smoothly and how you were treated. Those details are central to how we are building Asia Millions.”
That approach will extend to AM Live, a companion platform currently in development. The platform is intended to bring schedules and registration information together with seat assignments, tournament updates and personal results, with features introduced in stages following development and operational testing.
There is still plenty to come before the first cards are dealt, including the full tournament schedules and further festival details. But with four festival formats and international ambitions, Asia Millions is setting out with plans to become a substantial new presence in Vietnam’s live poker scene.
