APT Jeju 2026 Returns With 136 Trophy Events and KRW 5.2 Billion GTD

The Asian Poker Tour returns to South Korea this September, with APT Jeju 2026 running from September 25 to October 7, 2026 at LES A Casino inside the Jeju Shinhwa World resort.
Sponsored by Natural8 and held in partnership with Landing Entertainment Korea (LEK), the 13-day festival features 136 trophy events, three satellites, 12 APT Championship Main Event seats, and more than KRW 5.2 billion (~USD 3.5 million) in guaranteed prize pools.
Jeju has already become one of the strongest stops on the APT calendar. The previous two APT festivals on the island both made Korean poker history, with APT Jeju 2025 setting a new national record before APT Jeju Classic 2026 surpassed it just a few months later. With the latest schedule expanded by 32 percent from the Classic edition, another major turnout is expected.
Feature Events and Guaranteed Prize Pools
The festival is headlined by the three signature Lion Trophy events, led by the KRW 2.7 million (~USD 1,850) APT Main Event, which carries a KRW 2.2 billion (~USD 1.5 million) guarantee and runs from September 27 to October 3.
The APT Super High Roller and APT High Roller also return as two of the major targets on the schedule, with guarantees of KRW 500 million (~USD 341,000) and KRW 700 million (~USD 478,000) respectively.
Other key guaranteed events include the Korea National Cup, Mystery Bounty Hunter, Zodiac Classic, Mini Main Event, Baby Zodiac Classic, Ultra Stack, and Monster Stack.

APT Main Event: KRW 2.2 Billion Guaranteed

The main attraction at APT Jeju 2026 is the KRW 2.7 million APT Main Event, which comes with a KRW 2.2 billion guarantee and runs from September 27 to October 3.
Singapore’s Abraham Ceesvin won the 2025 APT Jeju Main Event after topping a record-breaking field of 1,693 entries . That tournament generated a prize pool of KRW 3,761,155,200 (~USD 2.67 million), making it the richest poker tournament ever held in Korea at the time.
APT Jeju Classic 2026 then raised the bar again, with its Main Event drawing 1,718 entries, the largest poker tournament ever to be held in Korea . With APT Jeju 2026 now offering an even larger overall schedule, the Main Event will once again be one of the biggest storylines of the series.
12 APT Championship Main Event Seats Up for Grabs
APT Jeju 2026 will also award 12 seats to the season-ending USD 5 million guaranteed APT Championship Main Event, which runs from November 12 to 29, 2026, in Taipei, Taiwan.
Five seats will be attached to the APT Main Event. Two will be awarded through lucky draws on Day 3 and Day 4, while the remaining three will go to the top three finishers.
The other seats will be awarded to the winners of selected major events, including the APT Super High Roller, APT High Roller, Superstar Challenge, Zodiac Classic – Sponsored by Natural8, Event #33 High Roller – Ultra Stack, Event #54 High Roller, and the Mini Main Event.
136 Trophy Events Across 13 Days

The expanded APT Jeju 2026 schedule gives players one of the deepest festival lineups of the year. The 136 trophy events include 90 No Limit Hold’em tournaments, with 11 dedicated Women’s Events, two heads-up events, and two combined Go+poker and chess+poker events.
There is also a strong non-NLH schedule, with 46 non-Hold’em events spread across Omaha, stud, mixed games, and draw formats. That includes 21 Omaha tournaments, 17 stud and mixed game events, and eight draw game events.

LES A Casino Hosts Another Major Jeju Festival
APT Jeju 2026 will once again take place at LES A Casino , located within the Jeju Shinhwa World resort on Jeju Island.
The venue has become one of the key homes for major poker festivals in South Korea, hosting record-breaking APT stops and attracting players from across Asia and beyond. With the APT returning for another expanded series, LES A Casino is set for another busy stretch of international tournament poker from September 25 to October 7.
