• Governing Rules: Tournament Directors Association (TDA) rules will be used.
• TD Decisions: The Tournament Director’s decisions are **final**. Any dispute regarding winnings should be brought up directly with the host poker club, which has sole responsibility.
• Staff Fee: Three percent (3%) of the prizepool will be withheld for the staff fee.
• Force Majeure: The prize guarantee is subject to Force Majeure events (earthquakes, floods, epidemics, and other similar occurrences).

Time and Ante Format

• Action Clock: A **30-second Action Clock** will be used throughout the tournament. A hand will be forfeited immediately after the time expires, if the player is out of Time bank cards.
• Time Bank Cards: Time bank cards are non-transferrable and must be visible on the table at all times.
• Big Blind Ante (BBA): All tournaments with an ante structure will use the BBA format. The player in the Big Blind posts a single ante equal to the Big Blind amount, and players are eligible to collect the entire ante.
