Japan’s longest-running and largest poker tour, Japan Open Poker Tour, heads back to the bustling city of Tokyo for its third stop this year. Taking place from October 9 to 13 at Belle Salle Takadanobaba, the festival will once again bring together Japan’s thriving poker community along with international players eager to experience the country’s premier tour. The celebration will see a total of 64 events packed into five days with buy-ins from ¥6,000 (~US$ 40) to ¥100,000 (~US$ 680) plus one event – NLH Platinum at ¥500,000 (~US$ 3,385).
Following the record turnout at April’s Grand Finals, the Tokyo stop is expected to draw poker lovers of all brackets to once again chase JOPT’s iconic blue club trophies.
