Japanese poker player Shunsuke Tokoo is a rising star in Australasian and American platforms. His most memorable win came during the 2023 World Poker Tour (WPT) World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas, where the daring player snatched first place in the Turbo Bounty and bagged USD 73,657.

His second-biggest win traces back to 2022 when Tokoo placed 4th at Asian Poker Tour Philippines’ Main Event, taking home a cash prize of PHP 1,340,300 (USD 25,610). Tokoo culminated his APT Philippines run in first place during the High Rollers, incurring an additional PHP 543,200 (USD 10,373).

Since then, Tokoo’s presence on the felt has become formidable, with significant five-digit wins in the 2023 Aria High Roller Series in Las Vegas and other WSOP and WPT tournaments. Currently, Tokoo has total live earnings of nearly USD 300,000.
