Thai poker player Panitan Poopadsri is quickly climbing the international rank ladder. Poopadsri frequents the Asian poker scene, traveling between Vietnam, Cambodia, Taiwan, and Malaysia. He is also an occasional online player, participating in WSOP Online tournaments in 2021 and 2022.
Poopadsri’s most significant cash out was from the Mini Main Event at Poker Dream Malaysia in 2023, where he won RM 21,000 (USD 4,926) and placed third. He quickly followed up these wins with other big cashes, namely VND 80,390,000 (USD 3,424) in the Turbo 8-Max event at APT Phu Quoc and NTD 122,400 (USD 3,985) in the Single-Day High-Roller 8-Max event at APT Taipei.
Poopadsri concluded the 2023 poker season with relatively deep runs in Poker Dream 7 and APT Hanoi Billions.
