In just a little over 2 years of live tournament play, the Vietnamese poker professional has already passed the 500K milestone in career earnings, raking in $580,416. Since his first tournament in May 2022, Anh has played exclusively in Vietnam except for one tournament in Malaysia. Though he only has a single title to his name, Ngo Khoa Anh has been consistent in live tournament play to be classified as a contender and acquire a rank of 25th in the Vietnam All Time Money List.

Ngo Khoa Anh recorded his first big cash of $ 12,387 in June 2022, placing 3rd at the High Rollers Event of the Asian Poker Tour Vietnam Hanoi Loyal. Anh would then make deep runs at the VSOP Championships V and VI, with table finishes at the Super Stars Challenge at both editions and the Mystery Bounty Kick-off at the former. His combine cash for these events totaled a little over $30,000. The Vietnamese capped his rookie year with a runner-up finish at the High Roller Event of the Asian Poker Tour Da Nang Vietman VSOP 2022.

Ngo Khoa Anh made an auspicious start in 2023 placing second at the Super High Roller Event of the World Poker Championships Hanoi for another sizable cash of $ 40,095. Anh continued his streak of deep runs at the High Roller Event of the World Poker Tour Prime Vietnam and the APT High Roller Event of the Asian Poker Tour Summer Series Hanoi to combine for a $55,850 payoff. This would be the perfect set-up for his first title.

In June 2023, Ngo Khoa Anh shipped the Mystery Bounty of the VSOP Championship VIII. The following month, Anh nearly bagged a second title when he finished runner-up to compatriot Nguyen Hoang Long in the APT High Roller 8 Max Event of the Asian Poker Tour Summer Series Da Nang. The heads up play with Long lasted 25 hands before Anh took home second place and cashed $ 74,758. Anh made another series of deep runs at the U Series of Poker Ha Noi, Hanoi, finishing 3rd at the High Roller SuperStack Event and 6th at the High Roller Finale for a total haul of nearly $50,000. The following month would be a milestone as the Vietnamese finished 3rd at the Main Event of the World Poker Tour Vietnam – Passport to the World Championship, Hanoi to bag a career best live cash of $ 77,526.

Ngo Kho Anh ventured out of home soil for the very first time in 2024, playing at the Poker Dream 9 – Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, going deep at the Super High Roller and Mystery Bounty High Roller Events banking a total of $26,334. Anh maintained his steady performance landing him table finishes at the Poker Dream 10 – Vietnam, Hoi An. He finished 5th at the Super High Roller Event for a cash of $ 46,376 and 4th at the SuperStack Event adding $ 27,927 to his bounty.
