PLO Dominates Day 7 At Triton ONE

Day 7 of Triton ONE at Les A Casino belonged to Pot Limit Omaha players, with three PLO trophies awarded during the schedule. While the final tables featured many Asia Pacific contenders, the titles were ultimately claimed by players from New Zealand , Russia , and Canada .
Jon Peter Rounce-Sue Wins Triton ONE’s First PLO Title

The first Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) tournament held under the Triton ONE banner went to New Zealand’s Jon Peter Rounce-Sue . Playing his first event on the Triton Poker Series , Rounce-Sue topped a field of 90 entries to secure the $129,000 top prize and deliver New Zealand its first Triton ONE trophy.
The win came after a trip that was not even planned until the last minute.
This was actually a last minute trip for me. Words can’t describe it right now. I just flew. I try to enjoy myself. I came for a holiday with my friends, and I just really wanted to enjoy the experience of Triton and Triton ONE.
The result pushed Rounce-Sue’s live tournament earnings beyond the $1 million mark.

Several Asia Pacific players reached the final table, including China’s Zhongxian Li in sixth place, Hong Kong’s Danny Tang , Triton regular and QQPK ambassador, in fifth, Japan’s Takashi Ogura in third, and China’s Zhihao Zhang finishing runner-up. In the end, however, it was Rounce-Sue who closed it out to claim the first PLO title in Triton ONE history.

Artur Martirosian Tops Tough Field in $3K PLO Showdown

The final table of the $3,000 6-Handed PLO event featured strong Asia-Pacific competition, with Artur Martirosian , Yue Zhao , and Punnat Punsri among the top contenders. Russia’s Martirosian emerged victorious, defeating China’s Zhao heads-up to claim the $64,000 first prize. The single-day tournament drew 88 entries, generating a total prize pool of $244,376.
Thailand’s Punsri finished third, adding another strong result to his Triton career and showing why he remains one of the toughest players to beat.

Muller Steals the Show in $2K PLO Debut

Canada’s Curtis Eric Muller closed out the PLO schedule at Triton ONE by winning the $2,000 One Night PLO 6 Handed event. Making his debut on the Triton Poker Series stage, Muller navigated a field of 90 entries, creating a total prize pool of $164,828, and claimed the $43,000 top prize.
The final table was dominated by Asia Pacific players, but Muller worked his way through the tough lineup to reach heads-up against Malaysia’s Teoh Kok Wei . He held his ground in the final duel, securing the victory and his first Triton title in his very first appearance.

The Triton Poker Series returned to Jeju, South Korea, in March for the second-ever Triton ONE festival, followed by a stop on the Triton Super High Roller Series Jeju S5 2026 .
Triton ONE ran from March 5-15, 2026, with the Super High Roller Series taking place from March 14-April 1. Both events were held at the luxurious Les A Casino at Jeju Shinhwa World, previously known as the Landing Casino & Resort.
