Day 10 Recap – King Poker Cup Takes Over at LES A Casino
With the KPC x LPT Series 2026 entering its final stretch, Day 10 delivered another full slate of results at LES A Casino. The King’s Debut Opener wrapped up its final starting flight, while both the Challenger Event and the Closer played down to a winner, adding more titles to an already packed series schedule.
King’s Debut Opener Day 1C Wraps Up
The final opening flight of the King’s Debut Opener came to an end after more than fifteen levels of play, with a busy tournament floor throughout the day as players made their last push for Day 2.
Day 1C attracted 148 entries, with 23 players securing a bag. That pushed the overall turnout to 362 entries across three flights, leaving 54 players returning for Day 2.
Vietnam’s Khoa Anh Ngo closed the day as the clear chip leader, bagging 4,675,000. Ngo finished with style, eliminating the final two players of the flight after hitting back-to-back runner-runner straights, a sequence that summed up his late surge perfectly.

China’s Xiaotong Yu followed with 3,050,000, while Yang Zhang rounded out the top three on 2,840,000.
Notables advancing included Mike Takayama (2,600,000), Nang Quang Nguyen (2,560,000), and Abraham Ceesvin (1,610,000), adding plenty of pedigree to the Day 2 lineup.
The bubble delivered its own drama. Jun Li of the United Kingdom was the last to fall after shoving pocket aces, only to be cracked by Ngo’s ten-nine as another runner-runner straight appeared on the board.
With all three flights complete, Day 2 is set with 54 players returning, led by Ngo, who is coming in fresh off his recent High Roller victory earlier in the series.
Challenger Event Crowns a Champion
The Challenger Event wrapped up after drawing a massive 487 total entries across three starting flights, creating a KRW 841,540,000 net prize pool.
Vietnam’s Nguyen Phuong Ngoc emerged victorious, taking home KRW 158,000,000 for first place after navigating a deep and competitive final table.
China’s Dong Ping finished runner-up for KRW 104,400,000, while Wong Chun Lung claimed third place and KRW 77,200,000. The final table featured a strong mix of regional regulars and international names, underlining the depth of the field from start to finish.

Closer Event Concludes with Lin Chung-Tang on Top
The Closer Event – Monster Stack also reached its conclusion, pulling in 138 entries and generating a KRW 131,160,000 net prize pool.
Taiwan’s Chung-Tang Lin claimed the title, earning KRW 32,950,000 for the win. Jaemoon Seok finished second for KRW 21,990,000, while Lili Tang completed the podium in third.
