In 2024, Tang’s season on the Triton Series earned him the prestigious Ivan Leow Player of the Year award. That year, he cashed 19 times, made 13 final tables, and claimed two Triton titles.
As of early 2025, Tang sits atop the Hong Kong GPI leaderboard. With over $29 million in live tournament earnings, he is the all-time money leader for Hong Kong.
