Flight D of the 2025 USOP Osaka Main Event wrapped up with 309 entries, and by the end of play, only 69 players remained. At the very top of the counts sits Korea’s Wongyun Lee, who bagged an impressive 541,000 to lead the flight into Day 2.

Lee has been steadily making a name for himself on the Asian circuit with multiple cashes across several different tours, and his composure at the table was on full display throughout the day. His ability to pick spots and pressure opponents paid off in multiple key hands, helping him to close the night with momentum firmly on his side.

One memorable moment came against Daizu in a crucial pot. After opening from under the gun, Lee faced a shove from Daizu in the small blind for 25,900. Main Event Flight D Kicks Off as Players Eye on Day 2

The spotlight now turns to Flight D of the USOP Osaka 2025 Main Event, kicking off today inside the Dojima River Forum, as players from Flight C bag their chips for Day 2.

With a massive JPY 77,000,000 guaranteed prize pool, excitement continues to build as players take their seats with a 50,000 starting stack and navigate through twelve 40-minute levels on Day 1.
