Kicking off on November 1, the inaugural tournament attracted 936 entries over four starting flights, each buying in at NTD 33,000 to build a prize pool of NTD 27,237,600 (~US$ 850,000). The money flowed at Day 2 with 143 players guaranteed a piece. With just nine contenders left, the largest prizes await their claim today at the Asia Poker Arena. Each finalist is guaranteed at least NTD 456,000 (~US$ 14,200), while the ultimate champion will walk away with NTD 4,538,600 (~US$ 142,000).
