Young improves on the flop then drew dead on the turn when La Jar landed his set.

Three players in a raised pot see a flop 5♦ J♦ 3♠ , Erwin Ng leads out 25,000, Lee Chang Gil calls, Kai Cheng Hsu bumps it up to 75,000, Ng opts to let it go while Lee calls. After Lee checks, Kai quickly shoves the turn 4♠ , Lee tank-folds.

Hiroki Kajiwara three-bet shoves his last 7 bb holding K♣ K♠ , initial raiser Justin Chan calls with A♠ J♣ . Board runs J♦ T♠ 9♦ 6♦ 5♥ . Kajiwara happy to survive.

Choe Changgyu three-bets 100,000, Wei Jen Wang calls, initial raiser folds, flop runs 3♠ 4♠ 6♦ . Choe slows to a check, Wang uses it to fire 65,000, Choe calls. The turn A♣ and river 5♥ are checked by both. Wang has Q♣ Q♥, Choe mucks.

With the fall of Yichun Lin, it is now officially the bubble round. Short stacked Chon Chan shoves his last 15,000 with A♠ Q♥ and wins the flip against caller Shiina Okamoto 8♦ 8♣ on a board K♦ Q♦ 9♣ 7♣ 3♥ .

Wonkyu Kang ramps up the aggression in this hand raising 20,000 preflop to kick it off. Small blind Wang Yan Zhi calls. When the board runs 4♣ 4♠ Q♣ J♠ , Kang fires 16,000 and 42,000. Wang calls then check-raises the turn for 150,000. Kang tank-folds.

Park is outdrawn to bust three spots before ITM.

Erwin Ng makes it 20,000 to continue, Shiina Okamoto re-raises 45,000, Ng calls to see a flop 3♣ K♠ Q♦ . Ng passes the action to Okamoto who c-bets 28,000, Ng check-raises 100,000, Okamoto tosses her hand away.

Double up for Lin, hand-for-hand continues.

Manlok Chan's 20,000 raise is met with a repop of 50,000 from Kao Kuo Wei. Chan answers with a four-bet of 118,000, Kao jams 400,000 which is 75% of Chan's stack, Chan surrenders his hand.

After losing a flip, La Jar recovers with his own bad beat. Holding 9♠ 9♦, La Jar shoves and is called by Kim Hui Seok with A♠ A♥ . When the flop runs 9♥ 4♥ Q♣ , La Jar jumps ahead and with the turn and river J♥ 7♣ , La Jar sticks around.

It's pre bubble time with 38 remaining. ITM is at 35 players.

Kao Kuo Wei defends the big blind from Wei Jen Wang's raise then check-calls Wang's 32,000 c-bet on a flop 4♣ Q♣ 7♥ . Both knock the turn 6♦ . On the river 2♠ , Kao leads out 80,000 and wins the pot outright.

With 8♠ 8♦ in the hole, Shiina Okamoto raises a huge 80,000, Ha Seong Min likes his A♣ Q♦ and re-raises 152,000 putting Okamoto all in. Okamoto risks it and they go flipping.

With the board running 3♥ 7♠ 5♠ 9♣ T♦ , Okamoto dodges the big cards to double through.

Two players call Wang Yan Zhi's min-raise for a flop 6♣ 8♣ T♦ . Following two checks, Hung Yu Liao takes a stab of 23,000 which doesn't shake anyone off. The turn 6♠ is checked by all to reach the river 9♣ . Wang leads out 48,000, Hung and Wonkyu Kang want to see and call. Wang opens up A♣ K♣ nut flush and wins the pot.

Tsai Wei Le looked down at A♠ A♦ and fired 16,000. Small blind Kim Hui Seok three-bet 50,000, Tsai four-bet shoved 107,000, Kim made the call and was way behind A♥ J♣ .

With the board running Qd5s T♠ 2♠ 3♠ , Tsai lands a full double.

Chen Jun Wei raises preflop then c-bets 20,000 on the flop Q♣ T♠ 9♥ . Lone caller Lam Yue Hin raises 52,000, Chen calls to bring the turn 2♥ . Lam continues for 70,000, Chen check-calls for the T♣ to complete the board. Chen leads out 20,000, Lam snap-calls then mucks to Chen's Q♦ T♦ full house.

The river 2♦ is one of Chan's out to crack aces and boot Widjaya out of the field. Chan has now taken the lead.

Mi Kim Young has A♦ J♥ and calls a short stack A♣ 7♠ shove of under 8 bb. The board runs 5♣ 3♥ 2♦ 6♣ 5♠ for Young's kicker to play and ship it.

Down to 11 bb, Chia Ta Tsai three-bets it all holding 8♥ 8♦ and is at risk against caller Wei Jen Wang with A♠ 6♠ . The board favors Wei running A♥ T♦ 9♠ J♣ 4♥ .

Kai Cheng Hsu comes out firing with an 11,000 raise that's called by two players. On the flop and turn A♦ T♦ T♥ 5♠ , Kai bets 12,000 and 35,000, only Chon Chan calls the flop then folds to the turn bet.

Hajime Murase limped in with 8♥ 8♣, Choe Changgyu followed with a 15,000 raise, Seunghun Ko jammed for 140,000, Murase called for his tournament life while Choe tank-folded. When the card flipped open, it was a flip that ended with a double for Murase.

With a raise before him, Chan Man Lok calls then calls small blind Chia Ta Tsai's 40,000 three-bet that shakes off the initial raiser.

More chips fly on the flop K♣ 4♥ 3♥ starting with Tsai's 25,000 c-bet, Chan raises to 65,000, Chia replies with a shove, Chan snap-calls and is covered.

The turn Q♣ and river 8♠ further improves Chan to a boat to ship it.

On a board showing 3♦ 9♣ Q♠ 4♠ 3♣ with 62,000 already in the pot, Justin Chan calls Chen Jun Wei's 25,000 bet, exposing Chen's bluff 8♠ 6♠ . Chan rakes it in with A♦ Q♣ .

From the small blind, Hiroki Kajiwara calls a min-raise then calls big blind Chen Jun Wei's 26,000 three-bet as initial raiser folds. Both proceed to check to the turn A♠ 9♠ 8♠ 9♦ . Chen bets 35,000 and wins the pot uncontested.

Shyh Chyn Lim looks down at 3♦ 3♣ and opens 8000, big blind Kenta Izutani defends and off the flop they go A♥ 9♥ K♠ . Both check to the turn T♥ . Lim sends out 9000, Izutani check-calls, then both return to checking on the river 2♦ . Izutani's Q♥ 8♣ misses the board for Lim to win the pot.

By the turn J♥ 3♥ 6♦ 4♣ , a pot of 42,000 was in the middle. Small blind Ching En Chen bets 18,000, big blind Cheng Hao Che shoves, Ching calls and covers Cheng.

Ching turns over 8♥ 4♦ and is ahead of Cheng's K 5♥ . The river 8♦ further improves Ching to clean out Cheng.

Utg+1 Ting Yao Lin raises 8000, three players call and see a flop Q♣ J♣ 3♦ . Action is checked to cutoff Yuan Hsu Lee who lays out 11,000, small blind Hajime Murase calls, big blind Chia Tsai check-raises 35,000, this gets everyone to fold.

On a raised pot preflop, three players fatten it up on a flop A♣ Q♣ K♦ . Small blind Chen Tzu Chun starts it off for 5000, big blind Lee Chang Gil calls, Guo Zhang Xi raises 20,000, Chun calls, then Lee three-bets all in. No takers.

On a board showing 4♦ 4♠ 8♦ 4♥ 8♥ with 37,500 in the pot, Hui Seok Kim bets 35,000 then tanks to Kar Wee Chee's 70,000 raise. Time is called and Kim finally decides to call and it's the right one.

Raise from Chon Chan is called by two players for a flop of 4♣ 5♠ 3♣ . Chan bets 8000, Chen Tzu Chun raises three times over to 25,000 that loses a player as Chan calls. On the turn 4♥ , Chen wastes no time counting and shoves, Chan snap-folds

Yi Wei Peng raises 6000 and finds one caller on the big blind Kai Chen Hsu. At the flop 4♥ 6♠ 8♦ , Peng c-bets 5500 and Kai check-calls to head to the turn 9♥ . No more checking for Kai and bets 12,500, Peng makes it 40,000 to continue, Kai lets it go.

Lam Ka Fai opens 10,000, two players call, then all three check the flop 4♥ T♠ 7♠ . The turn K♠ has Lam shove his last 21,500, one player calls and shows A♣ K♦ . Lam has K♣ T♥ two pair. The river 8♣ seals the double up for Lam.

The pot was already 26,000 by the river 7♥ T♦ 3♠ 6♠ 5♥ . Hiroki Kajiwara overbet 50,000 which was more than enough to cover his challenger. After tanking, the call was made. Kajiwara shipped it with Q♥ Q♣ dusting J♣ 7♣ .

Two players build a pot of 11,000 preflop to see the cards land 4♥ K♥ 8♥ . Big blind player Hajime Murase check-calls 3000, then check-calls 10,000 on the turn 3♦ . On the river 7♠ , Hajime switches up and leads out 35,000, gets called, and flips over K♣ T♥ and wins the pot.

Chen Tzu Chun is already sporting the biggest stack at his table and added more in back to back hands. The first pot was against Erwin Ng with set of Tens earning off pocket Queens. Chen won the next hand with red Queens, raising on the flop on a Jack-high board. No callers.

That's it! Day 1B registration has closed. The total tally for this heat was 229 entries which was one hundred less than the opening flight. This brings the total entries so gar to 558. Remaining players continue until they reach ITM of 15% of the field which is 35 players.

With 15,500 in the pot and a board that completed T♥ 4♥ 3♠ 6♦ 9♠ , Chi Jen Chen shoves over three times the pot. Short stacked player goes deep in the tank then gives up his hand.

Multi decorated Jereld Sam is in the house and was just seen with the all in button in front of him. On a board 7♣ K♣ 2♠ and 17,000 already in the pot, utg Sam checked, utg+1 bet 3100, Sam raised all in for 20,100 and wins the pot after a brief moment of tanking.

Action folds around, small blind Justin Chu limps then calls big blind's 3000 raise. Both check the flop 2♥ 8♦ 8♥ , Chu leads out 6000 on the turn and big blind calls. When the river comes 5♦ , Chu goes all in for 36,300, this sends big blind tanking and eventually calls and shows A♠ A♦ . Rockets are no good with Chu turning over T♠ 8♠ trips.

Chu is fresh off his 3rd place finish at the recently concluded APPT Manila Main Event and is off to a good start for another deep one.

One of the bigger stacks out there is Hui Seok Kim who was seen raking in another pot. With 17,400 brewed between button and sb Kim, both checked down the board 4♠ J♥ 3♥ K♥ 9♠ . Kim flipped over 5♥ 5♣ which was good for the win.

Following a ug+1 raise that's called by lojack, big blind Wonkyu Kang joins for a three-way look at the flop J♣ 7♣ 5♥ . Lojack bets 3000, Kang check-raises 8500, only lojack continues to the turn 2♠ . Unwavering, Kang leads out 15,000 and takes it down without further challenge.

On a board T♦ 9♦ 8♣ and 5700 brewed with two players in the hand, big blind Park Ji Hwan check-calls a bet of 4500 then the turn 6♠ is checked. On the river 4♣ , Park leads out 20,000 and wins the pot uncontested.

Li Lin enters yet another pot but this time loses nearly all that was built. Hand opens with Lin raising, Kim Hui Seok three-bets 4200, Lin four-bets 10,500, Kim slows the action by calling.

Both players proceed to check to the turn A♠ 6♥ 5♥ K♦ . Lin sends out 8000 which Kim calls. On the river 3♦ , Lin passes to Kim who bets 15,000, Lin pays to see then mucks to A♦ K♣ top two pair.

The river K♠ does not produce the flush for Chou to award Lin the pot and a double up and more.

Hsieh Chou Kai makes it 1600 to go, Chao Che Yeh re-raises to 5600, Hsieh replies with a move of 20,000, Yeh shoves, Hsieh tank-folds.

Eric Jiang limps in, Shiina Okamoto raises 1600, Jia Qi Huang re-raises 5500, back to Jiang with a call and Okamoto calls as well.

Flop comes 9♥ 9♣ 2♠ , Jiang leads out with a shove for 23,900, Okamoto folds, Huang makes the fast call.

The turn J♣ and river 8♣ seal the win for Huang and the exit for Jiang.

Li Shuin opens 1300, finds two callers, then bets 3000 on the flop 7♥ 5♥ 4♠ . Only Eric Jiang continues to the turn Q♥ and river J♦ that both check down. Li shows 8♠ 8♥ , Jiang mucks.

On a three bet pot preflop, Wei Jen Wang bets 5500 on the flop A♠ Q♠ T♠ , Chi Jen Chen check-raises 12,000, Wang answers with a strong 50,500 re-raise, Chen tank-folds.

From hijack, Gostinho Chong calls Poching Lee's 1500 raise then both check to the turn 2♣ 3♠ 6♠ 5♥ . Chong takes the reins for 1100, Lee check-calls. On the river 4♦ , the board shows a straight. Lee leads out 3000, Chong raises 7500, Lee calls to see Chong's hand A♥ 7♦ then mucks to the higher straight.

Jang Hyunsik opens 1500, Jang Ji Won makes it 4000, Hyunsik four-bets 17,500, Ji Won slows down the pace by calling. On the flop A♣ K♦ 5♦ , Hyunsik won't rest and bets 12,000 which is enough to claim the pot. Hyunsik kindly shows A♠ .

Utg Lin Chien Wei looks down at T♠ T♣ and raises 1000, the blinds call to proceed to the flop Q♣ 7♥ 2♦ . Lin bets 1500 and is called only by big blind Jiang Yan Chen. More chips sent out by Lin for 3000 on the turn 5♠ , Chen calls. On the river 9♦ , Lin slows down and checks behind. Chen shows 5♣ 6♠ which is far behind Lin's pocket pair.

Kun Han Lee opens, gets called and three-betted before action returns to him. Lee then four-bets all in for 44,300. No takers.

On a board K♥ Q♥ K♠ 4♣ 8♣ with a small bet on the flop, and checked turn, Dacha Termsinvanit bets the river 2500 and Seunghyun Park calls. Dacha flips over A♠ 8♠ and claims the pot.

Four players in a three-bet pot head to the flop 9♦ 7♣ 9♠ . Kyongmin Lee continues for 5500 and retains one caller in Chen Tzu Chun. The turn 2♦ sees 14,000 out of Lee's stack, Chen shoves 28,800, Lee folds.

Cooler on the next hand with Chen three-betting then five-bets all in. Jintae Yang calls with less behind and shows Q♣ Q♦ . Chen has A♥ K♥ . The board runs 5♣ 2♠ 3♦ A♦ 9♥ . Chen ships it.

From tug+1, Shyh Chyn Lim opens and finds a caller in Chen Wen Ming then gets re-raised 3000 by hijack Kam Tong Fok. Lim and Chen call then quickly face a 3800 flop bet by Fok on a board 4♣ K♣ Q♦ . Lim check-raises 9000, Chen calls while Fok gets muscled out.

The turn 5♣ and river 6♥ has Lim firing 6000 and 10,000, Chen calls both then mucks to 6♣ 2♣ flush.

On a board 9♥ 5♥ 4♠ 5♣ K♣ with Chen Jun Wei raising pre, Yen Chao Che raises from 1000 to 2200 on the flop, both check the turn, then Yen bets 3500 on the river afte Chen checked. Chen snap-calls and Yen quickly mucks. Chen wins the pot without a showdown.

Collin Ho three-bet 2600 and initial raiser Seunghyun Park wants to see the flop K♦ T♥ 6♠ . Ho continues 1700 and does the same on the turn 5♦ for 5600. Park folds to the turn bet.

La Jar raises 800, Shin Seonho calls, big blind Wu Yi Wei sends the action back to La Jar with a 2700 three-bet, La Jar and Shin both call.

When the flop lands A♠ 2♥ 8♣ , Wu leads out 3300, La Jar snap-raises 10,000, Shin get out of the firing line, Wu calls. On the turn T♠ , La Jar sends out 20,000, Wu tanks then gives it up.

From cutoff, Lam Ka Fai calls Yeh Chao Che's raise, small blind Ping Yi Tsai three-bets 4000, Yeh and Lam both make the call. On the flop Q♣ 3♠ 6♦ , Tsai continues with a 3000 bet, Yeh calls again, Lam bumps it up to 10,000 inducing a fold from Tsai while Yeh tosses in the chips. After both players knock on the turn 5♦ , Lam shoves all in on the river Q♦ and finally takes the pot unchallenged.

Facing a utg raise that's called, cutoff Chen Wen Ming re-raises to 2500. Button Fok Kam Tong calls, utg fold while utg+1 Chia Ta Tsai calls again.

Three way to the flop 5♣ 3♥ 2♦ , Chen continues 1200, Tong raises 3000, Tsai and Chen toss in the chips and head to the turn K♣ . Chen slides out 12,000 that's met with two snap-folds.
