Tang and Constiniano checked a runout of 5♣ 6♠ 7♣ K♣ T♦ all the way down and Held tripled up with T♥ 6♣ for two pair. Tang mucked J♠ 9♥, and Costiniano showed Q♦ 4♠.

Hand #55: Costiniano raised the cutoff to 425,000 and Held jammed for 925,000 from the button. Costiniano called and Held was at risk again.

Costiniano Traps Held With Aces

The dealer fanned out the T♠ 5♦ J♥ flop and Costiniano checked. Held bet 400,000 and was met by a check-raise to 1,200,000 from Costiniano. Held three-bet jammed for 3,900,000 and Costiniano snap-called.

Costiniano's trap with pocket aces had worked perfectly and Held needed to find some improvement or he would be left with just a few chips.

Tang Builds on His Momentum

Hand #47: Ethan Yau raised to 450,000 on the button and won the hand.

Hand #48: Danny Tang raised to 425,000 under the gun and won the pot.

Hand #49: Konstantin Held completed from the small blind with Q♦ 8♥ and Tang made it 625,000 in the big blind with 8♠ 2♦. Held called and the two players saw the 5♣ K♦ 3♣ flop.

Held checked and then called versus the 475,000 bet from Tang. An A♦ arrived on the turn, prompting Held to check-fold after Tang bet 1,400,000.

Hand #50: Tang completed and Yau checked in the big blind.

On the J♠ 8♦ 9♥ flop, Tang started with a check and Yau checked behind. A K♣ landed on the turn and both players checked again.

A 2♥ completed the board and a final round of checks followed. Tang showed 5♦ 4♦ for five-high and lost the pot to Yau's pair of nines with 9♣ 3♣.

Hand #51: John Constiniano raised under the gun to 425,000 with Q♦ 6♦ and Mike Takayama defended from the big blind holding A♦ T♠.

After seeing the 2♥ 4♥ J♥ flop, Takayama started with a check. Constiniano bet 210,000, which was enough to earn him the pot.

Hand #52: Ethan Yau raised the button to 450,000 with A♣ T♥ and Constiniano defended Q♣ 7♣ in the big blind. On the 8♦ K♠ K♦ flop, Constiniano check-folded to the 400,000 bet of Yau.

Held check-folded to Tang's continuation-bet of 350,000.

Tang was behind against Takayama's ace-high, but he did have two live cards working for him.

However the 2♣ 2♦ A♥ flop was disastrous for Tang as Takayama hit top pair.

The 6♥ turn gave Tang a flush draw, and the T♥ completed Tang's backdoor flush, keeping him alive in the tournament.

Hand #24: Constiniano limped the button and Held completed in the small blind. Danny Tang checked Q♠ 6♥ in the big blind and the dealer spread out the 6♠ A♥ 2♣ flop.

The action checked to Constiniano, and he fired for 160,000. Held and Tang called.

A 4♥ arrived on the turn and the action checked to Constiniano again. Constiniano fired a second barrel of 405,000, resulting in a call from Held, and a fold from Tang.

When it folded to Dylan Foster in the cutoff he jammed for 380,000. John Constiniano moved in over the top from the button for 2,000,000 and once the rest of the table folded the players went to showdown.

Foster required some help from the dealer to keep the tournament on the final table bubble.

Both players hit top pair on the A♠ 5♣ 9♠ flop, but Constiniano's king-kicker had him out in front.

Foster spiked the J♠ on the turn to give him two pair and on the brink of double up.

The dealer burned a card and then put out the K♠ on the river to give Constiniano a higher two pair, and cause his Filipino rail to erupt in celebration.

Foster headed to the exit as the final table boy in tenth place for TWD 813,300 (~$26,070).

Takayama Makes a Move at the Wrong Time

Konstantin Held raised to 320,000 in the cutoff before Mike Takayama three-bet to 1,000,000 out of the small blind. Dylan Foster cold four-bet to 1,600,000 from the big blind and Held folded. Takayama called and the last 150,000 or so chips of Foster got into the middle on the 4♠ J♣ 8♠ flop.

Gebissa had doubled Tang up twice in the past few levels, and now it was Tang that had the chance to bust Gebissa.

The 4♦ T♥ 5♠ flop improved neither player and Tang was still ahead. A 3♥ on the turn took away some of Gebissa's outs as Tang picked up a flush draw.

The A♣ on the river gave Tang a pair of aces, and Gebissa was the next to exit of the APT Super High Roller in 12th place for TWD 711,700 (~$22,810).

Punsri knuckled the action over to Kasasih after seeing the turn on a board of 8♠ 2♠ 9♣ 3♦. Kasasih fired out for 100,000, which prompted Punsri to check-raise to 400,000. Kasasih gave it some thought before deciding a call was best.

Do checked his option, allowing Halim to bet out a hefty 500,000.

Do went into the tank, counted off the chips to assess the possible damage, tried to stare down Halim, wondered if there is really such a thing as a Middle Earth, threw in his last two remaining time bank tokens and eventually made the call.

The dealer then pulled out an A♠ on the river.
