Following a double elimination early in Level 25, the field has been reduced to 47 players and play has concluded for the day.
The remaining players are bagging up their chips and will return tomorrow, October 2, for Day 4.
Stay tuned for a brief recap of the day, along with full survivor chip counts.

Jae Kyung Sim: K♣ 8♣
Jiawei Wan: A♦ Q♣
Sim was behind, but not for long as the luck went back in his favour on the K♠5♦ K♥ flop.

A 3♠was turned, and Sim bet out 320,000, which was around a third of his remaining stack. Wan made another call, and the 2♥ completed the board, giving Wan his flush.
Sim flicked in a time-bank card, and then bet 387,000. Wan called and flipped over his hand.

It came back to Sim, who four-bet to 200,000. Ngo then went into the tank and five-bet all-in for about 600,000 and had Sim covered. Sim snap-called, before Ngo could even get his chips across the line!

Kou VangWith five APT Championship tickets up for grabs during this year's 2026 Jeju Main Event, the first was awarded just before the shuffle up and deal here on Day 3. Table 17 was drawn as the lucky table, with a single hand of Crazy Pineapple set to determine who would claim the coveted prize.
Seat 2 was initially absent when the crew arrived, but Kou Vang made it back to the table just in time as the cards were about to be dealt.
Kou Vang, Table 17Each player was given three cards face down before the dealer spread a flop of 9♥ 4♦ 9♠. The Crazy Pineapple format then came into play, with every player discarding one card before the turn and river were dealt. The players then turn over their cards on the flop and got a glimpse at their fate.
When the cards were turned over, Seat 1 showed pocket sixes, but Vang had the edge after flopping a full house with 9♣ 4♠. Seat 3 tabled A♥ A♣, and there was little left to sweat around the rest of the table.
The dealer placed the 6♥ turn, which gave seat 1 some outs, but the 4♥ river locked up the APTC ticket for Kou Vang worth USD 10,000 (~KRW 13.4M).
Dieu Tu Dinh made it 16,000 to play from under the gun only for Yuki Sugiyama sat in the next seat to three-bet to 53,000. Action came around to Shangliang Sun on the button, who four-bet all-in for 122,000.

The remaining 198 players have taken their seats and action has resumed in the 2026 Jeju Main Event.
Play restarted at Level 18 with blinds of 3,000/6,000 and a 6,000 big blind ante.
Main Event TrophyThe money has been reached and the chase for the APT Jeju 2026 Main Event title resumes today inside LES A Casino, Jeju, where just 198 players remain from a final field of 1,375 entries.
Day 2 brought together survivors from all four opening flights and welcomed a final wave of registrations before late entry closed at the start of Level 12. An additional 203 entries (125 unique entries and 78 re-entries) pushed the field well beyond the tournament's KRW 2.2 billion guarantee, creating a final prize pool of KRW 3,207,600,000 (~USD 2,393,730). The money bubble burst late in the evening, guaranteeing all remaining players at least KRW 4,180,000 (~USD 3,120) and setting the stage for an exciting Day 3.
Ma KaihongLeading the way is China's Ma Kaihong, who turned his 92,600 chip bag from Flight A into a tournament-leading 1,135,000, making him the only player to finish Day 2 above the seven-figure mark. Fellow Chinese player Jiawei Wan sits second on 986,000, while Singapore's Kim Wah Chiu rounds out the top three with 981,000.
Also among the leaders are Wouter Beltz (923,000), Chuanshu Chen (858,000), Timothy Chung (826,000), and Christian Harder, whose 663,000 stack was just enough to secure a place inside the top ten. Harder's stack mainly came from the Day 2 chip leader, as he took down Xiubo Li in two swift blows just before the bubble burst.

Yesterday saw no shortage of drama. Recent APT Superstar Challenge High Roller champion Nevan Chang saw his Main Event hopes end before the money after firing two bullets, while Day 1 overall chip leader Xiubo Li also fell short after a difficult day on the feature table. Defending Jeju 2025 Main Event champion Abreham Ceesvin also lost his opportunity to gain a back-to-back title.
Lei YangAfter nine hours of play and a number of hand-for-hand double-ups, Lei Yang became the last player to leave empty-handed, while simultaneous eliminations for Francis Anderson and Shurong Huang resulted in the pair splitting a min-cash worth KRW 4,180,000 (~USD 3,120). Once the bubble was behind them, the remaining players could finally breathe a sigh of relief and focus solely on laddering toward the seven-figure top prize.
A host of familiar names continue the journey today. Former Main Event champion Daisuke Ogita returns with 536,000, while Lee Wee Liew continues his outstanding Jeju series by bagging 362,000 after already taking home the first trophy of the series. Also advancing are Magnus Edengren (278,000), Scott Margereson (274,000), Khoa Anh Ngo(272,000), Dzmitry Urbanovich (213,000), Daniel Neilson (202,000), Ryuta Nakai (187,000), and reigning APT Taipei 2026 Main Event champion Walter Lau, who remains alive with 57,000.
Stephen PangThe returning field will include not only the 198 players who navigated Day 2 live, but also the 31 players who secured their place through OnLive and will make their first appearance at the tables today after completing the opening stages of the tournament online.
Among those already guaranteed a payday are familiar names such as Sean Ooi (466,000), Chih Wei Fan (290,000) and Yita Choong (148,000), all of whom join the Main Event action live for the first time when cards are back in the air this morning. APT Incheon 2026 Main Event winner Stephen Pang (232,000) also directly qualified for Day 3 OnLive via tour sponsor Natural8.
Day 3 also brings an added incentive, with one lucky player set to receive an APT Championship Main Event seat worth USD 10,000 (~KRW 13.4M) through a random draw. The opportunities do not stop there, as the same will happen during Day 4, with the remaining three seats being awarded to the players who finish on the podium, winning first, second, and third place in this Main Event.

Play resumes at 11:15am local time inside LES A Casino at Level 18, the same level where the money bubble burst late last night, with blinds at 3,000/6,000 and a 6,000 big blind ante. The schedule calls for ten levels of play or until the field is reduced to 48 players, whichever comes first, before the survivors bag up for Day 4.
