Trung Quan Nguyen raises 45,000, button Emmanuel Segismundo three-bets 140,000, Nguyen pushes, Segismundo calls 375,000 and is at risk. A♠ they cards flip over, both have premium pairs. Segismundo's is ahead and holds to earn a double up.
