A prolific chip leader on the felt, the UK’s Stephen Nathan is a regular in the Asian poker circuit and frequently appears in Manila, Philippines. Nathan planted his poker roots in Macau, claiming top spots in the 2016 APT Macau.

Nathan first appeared in the Philippines in 2017 but earned his most significant victory on Philippine soil two years later at the Manila Open Poker Tour (MOPT). He placed third in the Main Event, bagging PHP 2,170,000 (USD 42,750). 

Afer a hiatus, Nathan eagerly returned to the Philippines in 2022, participating in APT Philippines, Road to PSPC Manila, and Manila Megastack 15. He was particularly successful in the APT Philippines Single-Day High-Roller event, placing second and winning PHP 320,000 (USD 5,573). 

The following year, Nathan appeared in Vietnam, blazing through with a big win in  the Poker Dream 7 Mini High-Roller event, which earned him VND 239,500,000 (USD 9,827).

Nathan’s most recent successes occurred in the Manila Megastack 18, where he placed second in the Super Deep Freezeout and Freezeout events, bringing his grand total for live earnings to USD 222,603
