Chaar-LeeAuthor
Chaar-Lee discovered poker over 20 years ago, starting with fixed-limit games before embracing the rise of No-Limit Hold’em across cash games, STTs, and MTTs. In the early days, he and his circle sometimes played more than 40 different formats in a single night. He organized the first poker camp in his region and has contributed poker technology to several televised shows. Today, he supports the SOMUCHPOKER team from the tech side, blending two decades of poker passion with technical expertise.

Dingxiang Ong is a successful poker player from the island-state of Singapore where poker is highly regulated. It is no wonder that players like Ong travel outside their home country if they want a full-time professional career. The Singaporean has had over 27 total cashes with most of his big prizes coming at World Series of Poker (WSOP) events.

Ong would resume his live events briefly in 2022 with appearances at the 53rd WSOP Las Vegas and the Asian Poker Tour Manila before going into another hiatus from September 2022 to June 2023.

He returned big-time as he was crowned champion at the July 2023 Asian Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) Manila National Event after a four way ICM deal. Ong bagged not only the coveted APPT National Trophy but a lion’s share of the prize pool at $40,049.
