Ju Yeol Lee Chip Leading Final 24 of the Super High Roller
The Super High Roller pulled in a stellar field of 160 entries, each one dropping VND 88,000,000 (~USD 3,465) to build a prize pool of VND 12,032,000,000 (~USD 457,000), to utterly smash its initial offering of VND 2.48 Billion (~97,000).
Only 24 from the field qualified for a seat to the Day 2 final and be guaranteed a minimum share of the prize pool. It took nearly 14 hours of poker action before the bubble burst. That role fell on Josh McCully who had a rough day of poker. McCully was the first casualty of the Billionaire Club Challenge final table.
On the flip side, Korea’s Lee Ju Yeol amassed a top-ranked 3,100,000 stack which was over 15 starting stacks of 200,000. Next in rank was Liu Defeng with 2,645,000 chips and rounding up the top three was Kilian Kramer with 2,470,000 chips.
