Yujian Sun opens to 32,000 and Thomas Boivin three-bets to 175,000 with fewer than that behind. Collin Ho then jams for 374,000 and Sun asks for a count but folds, Boivin calls all-in.

Ho is ahead with K♣ K♦ versus A♣ K♠ and there is no ace on the 7♣ 6♥ 3♠ 5♣ 3♦ runout to send Boivin out in 52nd place.

Thomas Boivin raises from under the gun to 20,000 and Somashekar Nahadeva calls in the small blind. Nahadeva check-calls for 25,000 on the 8♠ 8♥ 5♦ flop and another 85,000 on the J♦ turn.

Nahadeva checks the K♠ on the river and Boivin moves all-in to get snapped off. Nahadeva doubles for 166,000 with J♣ J♥ for jacks full, while Boivin takes a major hit holding the K♦ Q♣.

In the meanwhile, Karan Sitlani is heading to the payout desk as first casualty on Day 3.

Victor Li has taken full command of table 9, entering multiple pots as he muscles with his big stack. The first hand starts with a loss against Thomas Boivin on a board showing J♦ J♠ 9♣ Q♦ 8♥ . They check the river. Li has K♦ Q♣ , Boivin has A♦ T♠ straight.

Three hands later, Li raises 16,000 from cutoff and is called by button Ryan Plant and big blind Jeremy Jehanne. Li continues for 20,000 at the flop 4♥ K♥ 6♥ and only Plant calls. Li fires again on the turn 2♦ for 72,000 and Plant calls. On the river 3♥ , Li shoves and Plant folds.

Now at hijack, Li opens 16,000 again,, cutoff Plant calls, and big blind Ngoc Ha Nguyen joins in. Like previous, Li comes out firing for 20,000 on the flop A♠ 5♠ 2♥ and only Plant continues to the turn 3♠ . Both players check. On the river 9♦ , Li shoves and Plant folds once again.

There is some uproar on table nine as a large pot unfolds between Yunsheng Sun and Dylan DeStefano. With some 175,000 in the middle to the Q♦ 8♣ 6♣ flop, DeStefano is all-in and at risk for 278,000 with the K♣ K♦ .

Sun has him barely covered and reveals the A♣ J♣ for the nut flush. Instead, Sun spikes the A♦ on the turn to take the lead and leave DeStefano on the verge of elimination very close to the money bubble.

One more twist to the story is to follow, as the river brings the K♥ and that is also the reason for the uproar.

Kou Vang opens 11,000, Thomas Boivin makes it 25,000, then cutoff Adrien Berger drives it up to 52,000. After a bit of tanking, Vang folds and Boivin follows behind.

There were 750 entries in the WPT Cambodia Championship, but only 242 have made it to Day 2, where we expect to burst the Money Bubble.

There were 347 entries on Day 1A of the WPT Cambodia Championship, and on the final hand of the night, Joshua Gebissa knocked out Daniel Neilson to catapult into the chip lead with 571,000.

There were 109 survivors from this flight, and the full list of official chip counts will be released later tonight. In the meantime, here is a preview of the top of the leaderboard:

Day 1B begins tomorrow (Thursday) at 11:30 am, and registration remains open with unlimited re-entries until the start of Level 10 (around 9:45 pm).

The videographer of Masato Yokosawa finishes the recording of the popular Japanese vlogger, because despite having more than the average not long ago, he is out.

According to Thomas Boivin, Yokosawa four-bet jams 90 big blinds with ace-queen and he calls with A♦ K♥ . Both pair their kicker on the K♣ Q♣ T♥ 7♥ 5♣ runout and that spells the end for Yokosawa.

Masato Yokosawa has already been eliminated and re-entered with some 11 participants on the rail so far. Below are other assorted counts in the field.

Day 1a is now up to 93 entries and among the next casualties is Anton Johnson over on table one seat one, replaced by Nariman Yaghmai soon after. Also in the mix now are Koen Breed, Graham Cowan, Asish Ghosh, Yiannis Liperis, Arun Sriram, Thomas Boivin, Mike Falcon, Michael Gathy, Adrien Berger and Marius Kudzmanas.
