HAND #72: Small blind Alexander Puchalski limps in then bets 250,000 at the flop A♠ Q♦ Q♠ . Big blind defender Patrik Demus calls then both players check down the turn Q♥ and river 3♣ . Puchalski wins the pot with 3♠ 2♦ .

HAND #74: Khorshad Sagor raises from under the gun for 550,000 then tosses his hand in the muck following Patrik Demus's shove of 5,175,000.

HAND #75: Yannick Jobin min-raises from the button and Khorshad Sagor calls. Both players check it to the turn 4♦ 9♦ 7♦ Q♦ . With all diamonds showing, Jobin test-bets 700,000 and it's good to claim the pot.

HAND #76: Yannick Jobin opens from cutoff for 500,000 and wins the blinds and ante.

HAND #77: Cutoff player Yita Choong raises 500,000, big blind Alexander Puchalski defends then folds to the 600,000 continuation bet on the flop 2♥ 3♦ 3♠ .

After several uncalled raises, Tom Maguire gets action from big blind Yuan Yu from the big blind. Both players check to the turn J♥ 8♠ 3♣ 5♦ . Yu leads out 275,000 then bets a slightly higher 375,000 on the river A♠ . Maguire folds.

From under the gun+1, Alex Puchalski kicks it off with a min-raise that's called by small blind Yuan Yu. On the big blind, Manuel Carvalho defends by driving it up to1,200,000, Puchalski shoves and wins the pot after fast-folds from both opponents.

Players fold to small blind Tom Maguire, he shoves with nearly six times the big blind Nariman Yaghmai's stack. After a time-bank spent, Yaghmai folds.

Now on the button, Maguire raises 250,000, Yuan Yu defends the big blind, however on the flop K♠ 4♥ 3♠ , Yu folds to Maguire's 225,000 continuation bet.

From hijack, Yuan Yu raises 250,000 and finds a caller in the small blind Alex Puchalski and nearly sees a flop until the big blind Tom Maguire challenges with a three-bet of 1,125,000. Action back on Yu, he four-bets 2,750,000 which is enough to push out Puchalski, and after a time-bank, Maguire folds as well.

Yuan Yu raises the button to 250,000 and Xiao Liu calls out of the big blind with a shorter stack behind. On the A♣ 8♠ 3♥ flop, Liu checks and subsequently folds when Yu continues for 225,000.

In the next hand, Nariman Yaghmai opens to 250,000. Liu in the small blind uses a time bank and then jams for 1,165,000. Yaghmai asks for a count and folds.

After 11 levels of play, Day 2 comes to an end with 13 players remaining, and the big stack belongs to Yita Choong, who bagged 9,655,000 (77 big blinds). He is closely followed by Manuel Carvalho, who finished with 9,325,000 (75 big blinds). Carvalho was on a bit of a roller coaster this evening, going from the chipleader all the way down to about one million in chips and then rebounding to finish second in chips closely behind Choong.

Eduard Burd raises to 225,000 and it folds to Yuan Yu, who moves all-in. Burd has around 16 blinds and calls all-in with the A♠ J♠ . Yu has the superior kicker with A♦ K♣ and stays ahead on the A♣ 6♦ 5♦ 3♣ 5♠ board.

The pocket pair holds on the 9♠ 5♥ 3♣ 3♥ 2♦ runout and Carvalho doubles.

Yuan Yu makes it 150,000 to go and Yannick Jobin comes along out of the big blind. On a flop of Q♠ J♦ 9♠ , Jobin check-raises from 150,000 to 450,000. Yu then clicks it back to 1,150,000 and Jobin folds.

Ali Hassan opens to 125,000 and Yuan Yu three-bets to 375,000. Eduard Burd then jams behind them and Hassan folds. Yu almost wants to muck his cards before he realises the all-in and then clarifies three times that he asks for a count, somewhat difficult to understand for the dealer due to Yu wearing a mask.

The all-in is for 845,000 and Yu calls with J♥ J♦ .

Burd tables his Q♥ Q♠ and Yu jokes "okay I fold". The T♠ 5♣ 2♦ Q♣ 2♠ board further improves Burd to queens full and he doubles.

On a flop of 3♣ 3♦ 2♦ , Yuan Yu checks and Manuel Carvalho bets 240,000 for his table neighbour to check-call. The same action repeats on the 5♣ turn for 600,000 and Yu checks the 8♠ river as well.

Carvalho empties the clip and moved all-in with the covering stack. Yu calls with 9♥ 9♠ as Carvalho only briefly flashes J♥ T♠ for a bluff gone wrong. The double is worth 1,130,000 and former chip leader Carvalho drops to a shorter stack all of a sudden.

Fresh off winning a big pot against Yuan Yu with A♥ K♦ versus A♠ 8♠ on a board of A♣ T♥ 8♥ 7♥ 6♥ , Remy Murcia faces a raise to 80,000 by Yannick Jobin and the call by Patrik Demus on the button. Murcia in the big blind three-bets to 350,000 and Jobin then moves all-in.

Demus folds and Murcia asks for a count. The shove is for 2,265,000 and that proves to be too much to call.

Within minutes of the new level, Truong Khanh sends in his last 360,000 (14 bb), Patrik Demus calls, then button Yuan Yu four-bet jams for 1,260,000. Demus tanks then opts to save his chips.

Khanh opens up J♠ J♦ and is in trouble against Yu's Q♥ Q♠ , the board runs blanks 6♣ K♥ 3♠ 5♠ 3♥ for Yu to scoop up all of Khanh's chips and more.
