One hand later, Carvalho raises to 300,000 and Yaghmai gets the last 450,000 in from the small blind for the Portuguese to call.

Players fold to small blind Tom Maguire, he shoves with nearly six times the big blind Nariman Yaghmai's stack. After a time-bank spent, Yaghmai folds.

Now on the button, Maguire raises 250,000, Yuan Yu defends the big blind, however on the flop K♠ 4♥ 3♠ , Yu folds to Maguire's 225,000 continuation bet.

Yuan Yu raises the button to 250,000 and Xiao Liu calls out of the big blind with a shorter stack behind. On the A♣ 8♠ 3♥ flop, Liu checks and subsequently folds when Yu continues for 225,000.

In the next hand, Nariman Yaghmai opens to 250,000. Liu in the small blind uses a time bank and then jams for 1,165,000. Yaghmai asks for a count and folds.

After 11 levels of play, Day 2 comes to an end with 13 players remaining, and the big stack belongs to Yita Choong, who bagged 9,655,000 (77 big blinds). He is closely followed by Manuel Carvalho, who finished with 9,325,000 (75 big blinds). Carvalho was on a bit of a roller coaster this evening, going from the chipleader all the way down to about one million in chips and then rebounding to finish second in chips closely behind Choong.

Nariman Yaghmai raises to 200,000 and receives a single caller in Alexander Puchalski out of the big blind. Puchalski check-calls for 100,000 on the A♦ Q♥ 2♣ flop and they subsequently check down the J♣ turn as well as the 3♠ on the river.

Puchalski shows J♥ T♣ for a turned pair of jacks and that wins the pot.

Nariman Yaghmai raises to 200,000 in the hijack and Yuan Yu three-bets to 575,000 in the cutoff. Manuel Carvalho then four-bets to 1,200,000 on the button and Yaghmai folds. Yu moves all-in and Carvalho calls.

The pocket pair holds on the 9♠ 5♥ 3♣ 3♥ 2♦ runout and Carvalho doubles.

Nariman Yaghmai raises from the cutoff to 150,000, Eduard Burd moves all in from the big blind for 920,000, and Yaghmai calls with A 9♠ . Burd turns over 2♥ 2♣ , and needs it to hold to stay alive.

The board comes 8♦ 5♣ 4♥ 5♥ T♥ , and the pocket deuces hold up for Burd to win the pot and double up in chips.

Manuel Carvalho checks the Q♣ T♣ 5♥ 2♣ turn from the big blind and then calls for 350,000 when Nariman Yaghmai bets on the button. They check the 8♦ on the river and Yaghmai wins the pot with Q♥ 9♥ for top pair.

On a flop of 9♥ 6♦ 4♣ , Nariman Yaghmai check-raises from 75,000 to 175,000 and Naj Ajez calls.

The 7♣ follows on the turn and Yaghmai bets 250,000. Ajez pushes all-in with the covering stack and Yaghmai instantly calls.

"Just the nine," Ajez announces and shows A♣ 9♦ . Yaghmai already has the double secured with T♥ 8♣ to make the K♠ river a formality.

"I should have raised the flop," Ajez says after paying off the double worth1,055,000.

Level 21 comes to an end, and Level 22 begins with increased blinds of 15,000-30,000 and a 30,000 ante. Play continues without a break.

With 52 players remaining from a field of 1,484, the average chip stack is around 1,140,000 (38 big blinds). The remaining players are guaranteed at least $4,200 each.

The field is playing 11 levels today, and action will continue tonight until the end of Level 27.

Nariman Yaghmai wins a good pot against Jhon Hendri the first builds 310,000 and a board J♠ Q♦ J♥ 2♠ 4♠ . Yaghmai bet 210,000, Hendri called then mucked to 4♣ 4♥ full house.

Five player contribute 30,000 to the pot all check to the turn board 5♠ 2♠ 7♣ 7♠ . Action is checked around to hijack Nariman Yaghmai who bets 36,000 and wins the pot with no callers.
