With the last of six opening flights in the bag the 181 qualifiers for Day 2 are decided. The 1432 total entries also resulted in a record breaking KRW 1,616,799,600 (~$1,178,399) prize pool - almost doubling the guaranteed KRW 880 Million.

Chang Liang Sun topped the 23 qualifiers out of a total 182 entries in Flight F with 716,000 after a last minute charge including the elimination of Bo Jin with A♠ 9♠ against Jin's A♣ Q♠ showing down on the A♥ 7♣ K♦ flop and the dealer completing the board T♠ and 9♦ and knocking out Tao Li on the buzzer with Q♥ J♥ againsgt Li's K♦ J♣ going all in on the J♦ 9♥ 8♥ flop that completed 5♥ and 7♦ , adding 55 BBs (once blinds are turned back to level 16 at the start of Day 2 tomorrow) to his stack at the last hand of the day.

Xiaosheng Zheng came in 2nd with 419,000 in chips and Wenqing Dong was a close third with 390,000.

All of the 23 qualifiers from Day 1F Turbo only have a few hours left until they can make use of their chips again tomorrow at 12:00 local when Day 2 begins.

Weiwei Huang becomes the bubble boy in 9th place after losing a preflop all-in against Jingxuan Zhu and Sai Ho Chiu who checked down to the river 9♦ 3♣ 4♦ 6♠ J♥ with Zhu's K♣ J♠ winning against Chiu's A♦ Q♠ and Huang's A♣ 7♣ .

That gives everyone a guaranteed payday of $44,000 in 8th place, but all of the remaining players will have their sights set on the $285,300 first prize.

Current chip leader Sai Ho Chiu has a combined live earnings of just over $20,000 on Hendon, so he is already making history for himself.
