Biography & Poker Background
Lindop grew up in Stoke-on-Trent — the same hometown as Lucy Rokach — and spent five years travelling to Las Vegas for the WSOP before his breakthrough arrived. At 25, in July 2015, he entered Event 59, a $1,500 NLH with 2,154 runners, and ran it down to a heads-up against French amateur Aurelian Guiglini, whom he defeated holding a 3-to-1 chip lead to claim $531,037 and the UK’s second bracelet of that summer. His final table featured Jamie Gold — making a prominent return to the WSOP nine years after winning the 2006 Main Event for the biggest WSOP payout on record — who was eliminated in fifth.
He has since added an APT Kickoff Vietnam title and continued to compete internationally across Asia and Europe, appearing at APT events through to 2025.
