Chaar-Lee discovered poker over 20 years ago, starting with fixed-limit games before embracing the rise of No-Limit Hold’em across cash games, STTs, and MTTs. In the early days, he and his circle sometimes played more than 40 different formats in a single night. He organized the first poker camp in his region and has contributed poker technology to several televised shows. Today, he supports the SOMUCHPOKER team from the tech side, blending two decades of poker passion with technical expertise.

Vietnamese ace Mai Bien, a prominent breakout player in 2020, has scored the top spot at countless tournaments, including the Hanoi Spring Championship, WPT Prime Vietnam, APT Vietnam Ho Chi Minh, APPT Cambodia, WPT Prime Cambodia, and APC Danang, to name a few. He also reached 17 final tables in 2023.

Mai’s biggest cash-out and first six figure payout was for 2nd place at the 2023 WPT Prime Cambodia Main Event, earning USD 117,842. One month after that finish, Mai came close to another title, finishing second again at the Crown Poker Series Main Event for a a payout of VND 2.1 Billion (~USD 89.7K).

In September, Mai was denied his first major title again, this time at the USOP Hanoi Main Event, finishing in 2nd place. Despite being denied the title, he settled for the VND 3.5 Billion (~USD 145.5K) payout, his largest tournament earning to date.
