Triton ONE

The second running of Triton ONE in Jeju has officially wrapped, and the numbers are in; they tell a story of a tour that isn’t just growing, but evolving. Far from being a “junior” version of the legendary Super High Roller Series , Triton ONE has carved out its own record-breaking niche in the global poker landscape.

The headline from South Korea is clear: year-on-year growth across every equivalent event, culminating in a Main Event that set a new benchmark for its price point.

Bridging the Gap

Triton ONE
Luca Vivaldi

The $8,000 buy-in is Triton ONE’s specific sweet spot. It sits comfortably above the standard €5,000 European Main Events but remains more accessible than the $10,000 “Championship” level found at the WSOP . Most importantly, it serves as a gateway to the Triton experience for those not yet ready to fire the $20,000+ bullets required for the Super High Roller Series.

“It was positioned intentionally,” says Luca Vivaldi, Senior Director of Live Events for the Triton Poker Series. “It is a modern price point… that still encourages participation for those players who cannot experience the Super High Roller Series without diluting the prestige of Triton.”

Year-on-Year Growth: By the Numbers

The increase in appetite for the “Triton Experience” at this price point is best illustrated by the direct comparison to the 2025 debut. The Main Event saw a double-digit percentage jump, while the $15K High Roller attracted an almost 40% surge in participation.

Event2025 Entries2026 EntriesGrowth (%)

$3K QQPK Genesis1,1851,236+4.3%
$10K NLH / Mystery273347+27.0%
$15K High Roller353490+39.0%

While the buy-ins are smaller than the flagship tour, the results are anything but mid-stakes. With nearly $9 million in the Main Event prize pool alone, Triton ONE Jeju now compares favourably with almost every major tour outside of the WSOP.

A Truly Global Event

Triton ONE

The draw of Jeju extended far beyond the local Asian markets. Players from 50 different nationalities and six continents made the trip to the small, bustling island. While China remains the powerhouse of the series with 303 unique players, the leaderboard of nations shows a massive spread of interest.

Top 10 Nations by Attendance:

  • 🇨🇳 China: 303 players
  • 🇯🇵 Japan: 82 players
  • 🇲🇾 Malaysia: 42 players
  • 🇹🇼 Taiwan: 34 players
  • 🇷🇺 Russia: 33 players
  • 🇺🇸 United States: 32 players
  • 🇭🇰 Hong Kong: 32 players
  • 🇸🇬 Singapore: 23 players
  • 🇻🇳 Vietnam: 22 players
  • 🇵🇭 Philippines: 17 players

The “long-tail” of the attendance list is perhaps even more impressive. Single representatives from countries like South Africa, Colombia, Peru, and Estonia underscore the fact that players are willing to travel across the globe for a taste of the exclusive experience that Triton festivals offer.

The Final Verdict

With a 50% increase in entries and an 86% surge in total prize pools, Triton ONE Jeju 2026 has proven that the “natural bridge” between mass events and Super High Rollers was a gap waiting to be filled. By focusing on modern price points and market evolution, Triton has managed to expand its footprint without sacrificing the prestige that made the brand famous.

“We were trying to put ourselves in a position to be able to give the exclusive Triton experience to players and have a taste of the Super High Roller Series,” Vivaldi concludes. “That’s what we’re famous for.”
