Big stack Hugo Machado of Portugal opens from the cutoff for 60,000 and gets greeted by a 3-bet shove from Korea’s Song Junkyu from the button for 439,000. Machado makes the quick call.
Song turns over A♣ J♠ while Machado shows K♦ K♣ .
The flop has Song practically drawing dead: K♥ 2♣ 2♦ for a full house for the Portuguese player. Needing a miracle running aces, the 6♣ on the turn ousts the Korean while 9♠ on the river makes it official.
Machado has 1,430,000 in chips.

Chang shows K♣ J♦ while Song tables Q♥ 8♣ .
Song outflops Chang: Q♣ 6♣ 4♦ , however, Chang reclaims the lead on the turn when the K♥ arrives. But the Korean’s day isn’t over as the 8♠ comes on the river and gives Song a fighting chance with a double-up to 205,000. Chang sinks to 211,000.

Derias tables K♠ 6♦ while Shylko shows T♥ T♣ . Song is ahead of all of them with J♣ J♦ .
The flop gave Song a definitive advantage: Q♣ J♠ 4♦ as his set appears to be insurmountable. With both his opponents needing running cards for a miracle comeback, the turn was the 3♦ and the 4♠ on the river completed a full house for Song to bust Derias and take chips away from Shylko to put the Korean close to the 800,000 chip mark.
